Hoppfullt tecken

När jag var ute i trädgården igår så fick jag plötsligt se något märkligt. En helt frisk rosenknopp! Vi bor visserligen i en del av Sverige där det inte är som kallast, men den senaste tiden har det ändå ganska mycket snö, runt -5 garder på nätterna och ett par grader kallt på dagarna. Att denna rosenknopp kunnat överleva och se helt fräsch ut i denna kyla!

För mig blev det dock ett mycket hoppfullt tecken i en besvärlig situation och ett tecken på att mitt i allt som verkar vara fruset så finns det spirande liv. Herren har allt i sin hand och finns där med sitt liv även då omständigheterna ser besvärliga ut. Jag hoppas bilden ger dig samma hopp!

"It is what it is. That statement reflects anyone's current reality. It issaid when we reach that point where we think that nothing will change. Often Ihear it said in negative terms. "Hey man just forget it! It is what itis!" or "You can't change that! It is what it is." or "Letit go man, it is what it is."

I don'tbuy into the cynicism of the world and neither should you. Cynicism leaves uswithout hope in the present let along any hope in the future. Things do changeand they do shift when we trust solely in the Lord to BE Lord of our lives. Heis our hope! He is our future and He is everything. In the midst of the chaosof the prevailing world conditions, I believe Christians are to be the hope,the solace, the comfort, the passion, the future and the destiny imparted intoanother's life by giving them Jesus Christ. The reality of Jesus Christ, nothingless than reality.

It is what it is denies the reality of the hopethat resides in Jesus Christ. That statement denies our future in Christ. JesusHimself tells us that our hope and future is in Him. Statements that deny thereality of life in Christ are to be denied vehemently within each of us whoprofess to be Christians. It is time to walk in the opposing spirit of theworld which denies anything having to do with Jesus Christ. It is calledAnti-Christ for that reason.

So, whatto do? It is all about focus. Words form our atmosphere. How many times do wereally need to hear that one? Spoken words define the atmosphere for there ispower in the tongue. So when others speak words without hope and without life,we refute each and every word by speaking forth not what is but WHAT IS INCHRIST. It takes a conscience effort on your part and on my part for we havebeen trained and raised up in a world of cynicism, sarcasm, narcissism and somuch more.Each time someone tries to define your life by its current situationby their cynical outlook on life saying "Hey lady, it is what it is!"I say "No it is what it is IN CHRIST." And that is what forms myuniverse and my life. Now don't think I don't have bad days where the worldpresses in. Of course I do! That may be what it is and what it looks like but Ifind that when I come to Him and spend time with Him, He changes the what is toWHAT HE SAYS IT IS."

Bönenätverk Stockholm

Ett nytt bönenätverk har skapats i Stockholm! "Bönenätverk Stockholm" är ett samarbete mellan Aglow International och XP Media. Det glädjer mig att förebedjarnätverket nu blir ännu större där. Någon sa att för att vinna landet andligt sett så måste man vinna huvudstaden. Hur det än är med den saken så ser jag detta som ett välkommet initiativ och önskar er Guds rikaste välsignelse! /Barnabas

Flytta på berget!

Jag lyssnade idag på en väldigt bra predikan där David Wilkerson talar kring otro och om vi har ett sådant "berg" i våra liv så behöver det flyttas. Otro bedrövar Guds hjärta och orsakar honom smärta. Gud tar inte lätt på otro. När vi går genom svårigheter så kommer vi inte så sällan till slut till den punkten när vi uttömt alla möjligheter och vi ber då bönen som Jesus bad i Getsemane "ske inte min vilja, utan din". Segern kommer när vi är absolut övertygade om Guds kärlek och att Han har den bästa lösningen för oss och hela situationen.

Wannsee-konferensen

Just nu pågår en samling för att minnas Wannsee-konferensen i Berlin.

Den 20januari 1942 samlades 15 Nazi-ledare i en villa utanför Berlin för attkoordinera den sk "slutliga lösningen". Det var ett försök att utrotahela den judiska befolkningen i Europa. Sjuttio år senare möts kristna frånTyskland, Europa och andra delar världen för att besluta hur man tillsammanskan intensifiera kampen mot det förnekande av Förintelsen och den antisemitismsom finns i vår tid. Representanter från Israels regering och Europaparlamentetdeltar också.

Idag hardet också hållit en minnescermoni med anledning av Wannsee-konferansen för 70år sedan vid Förintelsemuséet Yad Vashem i Jerusalem:

Prayer meetings for doctors and medical staff are taking place in St.Jehoshaphat Church in Lviv, Western Ukraine,reports The Christian Telegraph in reference to The Ukrainian Greek- CatholicChurch website and credo-ua.org. Such cooperation of clergy and medics iscalled to help patients that are in need of healing. The meetings were foundedby Father Vladimir Gruz who, while studying in Austria, took a great interest inthe idea of one doctor, who started a prayer group with her staff. ’Althoughmedicine in the West has an abundance of resources, doctors understood thatthey are merely instruments in God’s hands and, without Him, these doctorscould not treat patients,’ notes Father Vladimir. He adopted this Westernpractice for Ukrainein light of the mass violations of patient rights and late medical aid, leadingto cases of death and disability in the country.

Praise: God for the prayers of the doctors and that He would heal those who arein need. (Lk. 9:2)

Beloved of the Lord,

As I came to the office this morning praying in tongues most of the wayhere, the Lord dropped in my heart the word recompense. Three times He said,"recompense, recompense, recompense" in my spirit.

I usually don't generally write words of this kind. Not because I won't, butbecause of it is not the "type of communication" that the Lord and Ihave very often. So please allow the Spirit of God to test and prove thesewords whether they are from Him or not.

Since I heard it spoken three times within my Spirit, I pondered of what thatmeant. Here is what I believe I heard from the Holy Spirit. The Lord was aboutto bring recompense to "His bride to be who are making themselves readyfor Him," "then to the Church at large", and "then to thenations of the world. I then proceeded to look up the meaning of the word andtheir were three distinct definitions that seem to fit each group of people.

The definition of the word recompense means:(to make amends to those whosuffered loss or harm; pay or reward someone for an effort; punish or rewardsomeone appropriately for an action according to their doings.)

The first three months of2012 the Lord is going to begin to bring divine recompense in 3 unique ways andto three unique groups of people. The first is going to come to those "whoare making themselves read as a Bride as found in Rev.19:7. (This is the church within a a church, thePeter, James and Johns who were separated from the 12 to go up the mount oftransfiguration." The second group would be the "church proper""daughters of Jerusalem as in Song of Solomon. (This would be what wewould call the "traditional understanding of church life, going to church,doing a ministry, etc) The third group would be for the nations of the world.

The Lord is not showing me what the recompense will look like, but I am gainingsome understanding to the three types of recompense that is going to comeforward. This He indicated to me by speaking the word to me 3 times. Each timeI heard the same word, it had three different meanings to it, to the threegroups of people. For over a year the Lord has had things revealed to me intime as threes, like 5:55, or 2:22 or grouping of three's.

A personal letter from my heart to yours

As I have thought about 2011, I’ve wondered – could I have done more? Could I have loved God more? What about my neighbors? Could I have loved them more? Could I have fed more children or gone to more places to share the Father’s love? I also questioned if I could have managed with less in order to give more. Perhaps you have felt this way too, but if we look too long at our own abilities and the lack therein, we can easily drown in a sea of regrets. While it can be helpful to glance in the rearview mirror while driving, if you fix your gaze there, you will soon crash your car. We have to look forward. Paul the apostle taught us that while he had not yet attained it, he worked to forget the things of the past and press on to the high calling in Christ Jesus. (See Phil 3:12-14).

If we study out the Scriptures we can see that all the great men and women of the Bible had doubts in their abilities – like most of us do. Praise God, our Father doesn’t focus on where we fall short, but on His ability to help us reach that high calling. God’s promises are “Yes” in Christ Jesus so that we can answer Him, “Amen” to the glory of our Father. (See 2 Co 1:20) God already knew our weaknesses before He called us His children. His amazing love covers all our sin and He joyfully invites us to into His kingdom. God’s kingdom – our true home – is everlasting. Hallelujah!

It is my heart’s desire to only do what the Father tells me to do and only say what the Father tells me to say. (See John 8:27-29) This isn’t an easy thing! Is this your desire too? How can we know what God is telling us to do or not to do? How can we know what He wants us to say? The Lord has called each of us to spend time in His presence. Why? So we know – KNOW the voice of our Savior and Friend. In this world of mixed messages and multiple voices which contend for our hearts, we must be able to recognize our Shepherd’s voice so we can follow Jesus wholeheartedly. He calls us first to be still and know that He is God! We can’t do that running here, there and everywhere. Being still may seem like we’re doing “nothing” but this is the biggest “something” we can do! The only way to learn His voice is to spend time with Jesus and allow His Holy Spirit, the Promise of the Father, to teach us. It is the only way we can do what He tells us to do and say what He tells us to say.

Too many Christians pray for God to carry out their will. Jesus taught us to pray the Father’s will to be done, and not only did He teach it in the Lord’s Prayer, but obeyed it to the point of death. Because of His obedience all mankind has a road back home to the Father! If we will line up our will with God’s, I believe great things can be accomplished through each and every one of us in Christ.

It is important to note that good works can be the enemy of God’s best. It’s easy to get drawn into a project or mission that we aren’t called to do when we surrender ourselves to man’s will instead of the Father’s. There is nothing worse than being in the middle of some “good” work and being miserable because you weren’t called to do it. I speak from experience. The Lord knows how to lift His anointing and grace on a project we’ve signed up to do – especially when He’s called us to another work. The prophet Jonah comes to mind! If we wait to hear our Father’s heart, we will be waiting for His best for our lives. I am not saying it will be easy, there is also a battle to carry out His orders, but there is deep peace and joy that comes to our hearts when we are walking in His perfect will. We are more than conquerors in Christ. (See Romans 8:37) In realizing this, we must be cautious to do only what God has called us to do. Let wisdom be justified by her children!

As many of you have sensed, 2011 has been a year of pruning and for many it’s been difficult to endure. The Lord did give warning of this pruning in a prophetic word that was released in 2009* with the hope of a great harvest in 2012. In reminding ourselves what was said, we can each personally seek God’s direction for 2012. May you find this coming year to be one of great spiritual fruitfulness.

Den här lilla historien om några grodungar som ville ordna entävling för att nå toppen på ett torn fick jag som en julhälsning från enkvinna som aldrig ger upp. Hon är verkligen ett föredöme på området.

Söker man i Folkbibeln online så dyker ordet "uthållig"upp 32 gånger. Paulus säger bla i:

Må Herren leda erahjärtan in i Guds kärlek och Kristi uthållighet.

1 Tim 6:11

Men du gudsman, hålldig borta från sådant! Sträva efter rättfärdighet, gudsfruktan, tro, kärlek,uthållighet och ödmjukhet.

Jag funderade också på vem jag lyssnar på och tar råd ifrån. Vem lyssnar du på? Och vad lyssnar du på? Är det så att vi ibland lyssnar mer på människors åsikter och tyckande änpå Herren? Varför det så i så fall?

Jag tänker också på enannan anekdot, den om den kokande grodan. Att om man lägger en
groda i kalltvatten och sätter på värmen så märker den inte att vattnet blir varmare förrändet
är för sent. Vilket inte hade kunnat gå om man lagt den i redan kokandevatten. Och min
fundering är, Är detta en bild för oss kristna i Sverige idag?

Vänjer vi oss långsamt vid vissa saker så att vi till slut riskerar att hamna isamma situation som
grodan som läggs i kallt vatten?

Om det är så vill jag blåsaett kraftfullt ”wake up call” så att alla ”grodor” OMEDELBART hoppar
ur alla kastrulleroch blir ”grodor på väg” !

Dutch Christians praying for visitors of an esoteric fair,
reported a remarkable healing this month. A woman in an electric
wheelchair, who was paralyzed over half her body, was completely healed
when prayed for in Jesus’ name. Her brother captured her healing on
video and followed her during several days to see how she would fare.

2012 A Year of Great Harvest: Come to theTable of My Delight!

A word of encouragement and hope from the Father’s heart to yours

“As many of you have sensed, 2011 has been a year of pruning and though it’s been difficult to endure, I Am a God of hope! With pruning comes a sweet and bountiful harvest.”*

“It was also a year to see the leaven of heaven rise! My leaven brings a lightening of your load. My leaven brings a flavorful taste of heaven. Taste and see that Your Lord is good. My mercy really does endure forever. My loving-kindness surrounds your daily walk.

“Many have cried to Me to end the pain of the pruning, but once you have been pruned it is time for healing. Then will come a season of growth. I Am the Author and Finisher of your faith and am more interested in developing your character than anything else; and that comes when you persevere in tribulation. This will instill a hope in you that no one can take so that no matter what is going on in the world around you, you will not be disappointed!

“I love you. Do you truly believe that – even though I have not rushed to bring you out of the circumstance that has caused you pain? Do you see I’ve systematically exposed the leaven in your life that has contradicted My plan for you?

“I warned to beware of the leaven of the Pharisees. This is the leaven that causes religious people to puff up with the hot air of self-importance. Legalism is the wellspring of pride, arrogance and elitism. These believe they are high and mighty. This is what causes their noses to physically go up in the air and look down on others expecting them to live up to their standards. I Am the Standard!

“I warned to beware of the leaven of the Sadducees for their religion is founded in error. Like the Pharisees they think they have it right, but they are scripturally wrong. They lead others into error and sin. I Am the Way, the Truth and the Life and no one can come to the Father except through Me,” says the Lord.

“I warned to beware of the leaven of Herod – that is to say, THE WORLD’S SYSTEM. His was the fleshly way of doing things. He was thirsty for power and never was satiated. He always wanted more, but was continually lacking. The governments of this world are like rivers in My hand. As you have seen world leaders’ fall this past year, you will see Me move in ways that are unprecedented. What I will do in the coming days will be undeniable – though some will do their best to refute that it’s Me. The earth is the LORD’S as are those who dwell therein.

“If you have allowed the Leaven of Heaven from twenty-eleven (2011) to be worked into your hearts, you will see more from the Third Heaven in the coming days. If not, ask Me, and I will help you make up for lost time. My desire is to show you My perspective as I see things much differently than you do. I have unusual battle plans and strategies to release. My perspective on world events will allow you to see beyond what is happening on earth and prepare you for a harvest which will increase in and beyond twenty-twelve. I have a hope and a future for you. I Am the God who sees.

“The time of times is upon you. If you look up, you can see the rising of the water. I gave a sign through a surfer who gloriously rode a 90’ wave. What I said through that specific event was that the wave is upon you and it will soon be time to ride it. Position yourself! Position yourself! Position yourself!”

“Keep doing the things I have asked you to do. Keep studying. Keep seeking Me. Stop condemning yourself and watch the shackles fall off. Stay by My side and you will know what you need to do. Keep your eyes open. Keep your eyes on Me.

“Watch and see what I do in this day and hour. Eye has not seen what I will do. Have I not spoken it? I will surely cause it to come to pass. All will be surprised. Some will be delighted, but more will be in terror because they’ve failed to understand.

“It is my desire that you bring more people to the Table of My Delight. The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.”

Gott nytt 2012!

När nu 2011 närmar sig sitt slut vill jag passa på att tacka alla läsare av den här bloggen för det gångna året och önska er alla ett riktigt välsignat, Gott Nytt 2012! Det är med stor förväntan på Herren och glädje jag ser fram emot det nya året!

Landet är ännu vårt

Jag läste idag i 2 Krön 14 om kung Asa. Han gjorde det som var gott och rätt i Herrens ögon.

Han "avlägsnade de främmande altarna och offerhöjderna, slog sönder stoderna och högg ner aserorna. 4 Han uppmanade Juda att söka HERREN, sina fäders Gud, och att hålla lagen och budorden. 5 Ur alla Juda städer tog han bort offerhöjderna och solstoderna. Och riket hade lugn under hans tid. 6 Han byggde befästa städer i Juda eftersom landet hade ro. Och han förde under dessa år inte något krig, ty HERREN hade givit honom ro. 7 Han sade därför till Juda: "Låt oss bygga dessa städer och runt omkring förse dem med murar och torn, med portar och bommar. Landet är ännu vårt, därför att vi har sökt HERREN, vår Gud. Vi har sökt honom, och han har gett oss ro på alla sidor." Så byggde de och hade framgång. 8 Asa hade en här som utgjordes av 300.000 man från Juda och som bar stora sköldar och spjut. Utöver dessa kom från Benjamin 280.000 man som bar små sköldar och som spände båge. Alla dessa var tappra stridsmän." (2 Krön 14: 3b-8)

Han avlägsnade alltså allt sådant som väckte Herrens vrede och uppmanade människor att söka Herren och hålla lagen och budorden. Då blev det lugnt i landet och han kunde börja bygga befästa städer till skydd för innevånarna. Lägg märke till att det i vers 6 står att det var HERREN som hade givit honom ro, inte något han skapat i egen kraft. Och Asa säger "Landet är ännu vårt därför att vi sökt Herren, vår Gud"

Kan du se parallellen med vår tid, i Sverige?

Fienden Sera drar sedan ut mot kung Asa och fienden är numerärt mycket överlägsen. Men Asa förtröstar på Herren och ropar:

"HERRE, utom dig finns ingen som kan hjälpa i striden mellan den starke och den svage. Så hjälp oss, HERRE, vår Gud, för på dig stöder vi oss, och i ditt namn har vi kommit hit mot denna skara. HERRE, du är vår Gud. Låt ingen människa stå dig emot." (i vers 11)

Herren lät sedan fienden bli slagna genom Asa och Juda. Återigen är det alltså Herrens verk, inte ett mänskligt, Asa och Juda ställer sig dock som "tappra stridsmän" till förfogande i det Herren vill åstadkomma och det räcker.

Även här kan jag se en parallell i vår tid, i vårt land. I oss själva och i egen kraft förmår vi inte åstadkomma "lugn i landet", men Herren har den möjligheten. Så låt oss söka Herren för Sverige inför det nya året 2012 och frimodigt gensvara på det som Herren manar oss till. För Herren har all makt och i Hans namn finns det seger.

Chanuka - den judiska ljusfesten

Chanuka firas mellan den 25:e Kislev till 3:e Tevet enligt den judiska kalendern, vilket vanligtvis infaller i december efter den kristna kalendern [i år 20-28 december]. Hanukkah firas till minnet av judarnas, mackabéernas, seger över de grekiska härskarna (164 f. Kr). Man firar både en liten judisk nations seger över det mäktiga Grekland, men även den judiska trons andliga seger över Hellenismen och grekerna. Helgen firas med anledning av den andliga aspekten av segern och miraklet med oljelampan; en mängd helig olivolja som skulle brinna i Templets kandelaber en dag, varade i åtta dagar; den tid det tog för templet att återinvigas.

Chanuka firas i Israel liksom i diasporan, under åtta dagar. Den viktigaste symbolen för denna högtid är att man tänder ljus varje kväll; ett den första, två den andra och så vidare; för att fira minnet av miraklet i templet. I Israel fokuseras Chanukas budskap mycket på Israels självständighet. I diasporan är det vanligt att man ger varandra presenter, liksom att man leker med en dreidl - en leksakssnurra. Snurrans sidor är markerade med hebreiska bokstäver som bildar orden i buskapet "Ett stort mirakel skedde här", medan bokstäverna i diasporan är ändrade till "Ett stort mirakel skedde där" (med där avses i Israel). Under Chanuka-veckan är skolorna i Israel stänga, men inte arbetsplatserna.

Simple Delight

God has never stopped being God, and He has never stopped wanting to manifest who He is to His people.

Have you ever known someone who is a true gift giver? People who express their love by giving gifts do not give out of obligation or burden; they give out of delightbecause it is in their hearts to give. It is how God made them.

Part of being a gift giver is paying attention to the details. It is being aware of the little things so that you can craft a gift that will be perfect for the recipient. God takes great delight in surprising His people with His goodness. He delights in being there for us, in coming through for us. He loves to give us the good gifts of His provision and grace that reveal to us His nature and His character. He will always turn out to be more than we expect.

However, we can get so wrapped up in the “big” things of God that we forget about the “small” things of God. Yes, He rejoices in the sacrifices we make for Him and the risks we take on His behalf. But He also rejoices in the whispers of His name and in the glances sent His direction. Every time His children reach for His hand, it is important to Him. These things matter to Him, more than we realize.

I think that as we rediscover God’s simplicity, we will rediscover our hope.

Eye Has Not Seen

Where hope and expectation collide, faith is birthed. Many of us in the Church have used up our hope, and our expectation in Him has become almost non-existent. Why? Because we have been lulled to sleep. Even in the most intense times of God’s presence, many of us do not expect Him to do what He has never done before — to touch what has never been touched or to heal what has never been healed.

We are not ready for 1 Corinthians 2:9, which states, “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

We know that verse is true, but it is as if we know it from a distance; we have a hard time believing it is always true, all the time, in every life.

Yet God is a giver of gifts. And many gift givers do not want to give you something you have received before. Where is the delight in that? They want to give you something new — something that will bring you a new level of delight.

Ear Has Not Heard

Our belief system has taken us to a place where we “believe” God will do something, but we do not really expect Him to do it. We need to undo that mental process and begin to approach Him again like little children. They don’t know what to expect, but they know it is going to be good.

We try to make things so complicated, and in the process, we lose the simplicity of His existence. We forget the delight of the Father’s heart. We overlook the extravagant story offered by the “small” things.

I think that as we rediscover His simplicity, we will rediscover our hope. If we knew how easy it was for His children to delight Him, we would make delighting Him a daily goal, and as a result, we would fall that much more in love with Him.

Stand, stand, stand in the call, my fellow saints, for which you have been called. The anointing that is on your life will speak for itself. I will say that some will not speak at all and it will be apparent for the Holy Spirit is our witness. I sense the Lord's heart is for your chatter to be of Him not of your battles. There will be anointed times to share "the word of your testimony" but not to all you meet or all meetings of which you are apart. I know that what is here in this day is also revelatory knowledge coming from the throneroom to your spiritman. How can you share the new if all that you allow to flow is the old. You are anointed this day for this hour for this day's revelation. Stand in the worthiness for which the Lord has called you. You are worthy. You are called, anointed and going forth hearing His voice and His revelation as the seals have been opened. You are mighty and go forth obedient to the command of The Captain of the Hosts, our Lord, our Savior, our King. Jesus the Messiah; Yeshua HaMashiach.

Julia C. Loren: A Vision of Europe

Look to Germany, Northern Italy and Eastern Europe

During a long and revelatory worship set on November 20, 2011, the Holy Spirit took me up and into a vision where I flew over Europe and saw the territory the Lord had marked out for the outpouring of His Spirit in the coming years.

On the first pass through Central Europe, the Lord took me back to places where I had been in recent years – particularly in Germany and Italy. He then rolled back the memories and said that ministry will look very different in the years to come in Europe. A sovereign move of God will flow like a spring snow melt that begins with a trickle as the initial snow pack melts, then gains strength and rushes and roars into various watersheds for a season that will change the face of European Christianity.

The Lord showed me that as Germany is the first nation to fully embrace the move of God, the rivers of Germany will carry the rushing waters into other countries. I saw Germany come alive in the Spirit. And as the fire of God's love consumed them, they spread the word through Austria and the spring thaw rushed over the Alps into Northern Italy. I also saw the Swiss-Italy border watershed capturing the flow of the Spirit. Then, I heard the Lord say, "Look to the university towns of Germany and Northern Italy for a revival among the youth who will carry it throughout Eastern Europe." I believe this includes Heidelberg University in Germany and Padua in Italy (the second oldest University in Europe where Galileo taught).

As I flew along the Danube into Budapest I saw the crystalline image of a silvery angel hovering above Budapest. Showers of silver rained down upon the Danube and flowed to the east. And wherever the river flowed, revival flowed. For the Lord is redeeming His people out of the ravishes of oppression and into the total freedom of the Holy Spirit. The silver and the gold are His to give where He pleases, and it is time for the Eastern European Bride to step forward out of the ashes and into the adorning grace of redemption. He has set His gaze upon you. This is the time of your favor – Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Moldova, Ukraine, Romania – you who live where the Danube flows.

The Lord Will Be a Ring of Fire Around England and Wales

Then the Lord took me over the United Kingdom where the Cross was superimposed across the landscape. I saw four fires being lit – one in the north, one in the south, one in the east and one in the west of England. And the Lord said, "I am lighting a ring of fire around England and Wales. And I will be a ring of fire around them." Look to four churches to become well-known Apostolic Resource Centers in the coming years. They will release the torches that all of England will either be drawn to or repelled by. And the fire of God will protect them.

Then the Lord said, "Look to the locks that are opening canals long closed." The re-opening of locks in the U.K. is a sign that the ancient waterways are opening that have held back a move of the Spirit of God. New pathways of the Spirit are opening, new opportunities to spread the Word within the region are opening. As the locks become unlocked, the restored waterways of revival and evangelism will emerge and flow.

I looked this up online after receiving the vision, and read a note of significance concerning the ancient locks: "The Droitwich Canals opened Friday, 1 July 2011, 72 years after they were officially abandoned... 240 years after they first opened on 27 June 1771, the newly restored waterway is the final link in a brand new 'cruising circuit' – the Mid Worcestershire Ring. The Ring allows boats, cyclists and ramblers to make a 21-mile circular journey through some of the UK's most beautiful and historic countryside, from the Worcester & Birmingham Canal to the River Severn, through the city of Worcester and back to Droitwich."

In the 1770s, when many locks were being built or restored, England was in the middle of the John Wesley revival. It is also interesting to note that in 1939, when many canals and locks began closing, history records that WWII broke out that year. Also, religious historians believe that in 1939, one particular man brought Wicca out of the woods of England and spread its popularity throughout Britain and America, launching a Wiccan revival. It seems like 1939 was a good year to close off the waterways of the natural and spiritual enemy. But now is the time to reopen the waterways of the Spirit and let revival break out!

A ring of fire around the country and a ring of locks within it speak of the coming invasion of Heaven becoming more manifest than ever before to ordinary Believers and unbelievers. Both speak of complete circles – like a wheel within a wheel – and both are signs that the Lord is moving to restore the rich heritage of the Spirit in the U.K.

The vision ended and two questions rumbled through my mind. The first was this: Will Europe experience its Spring thaw in 2012? And the second question was this: As the Lord sovereignly and suddenly lights the fires of revival and evangelism, who will rise up and carry the torch to the neighboring nations?

I believe it will be those who say, "Here am I, send me!" who will go to the surrounding nations, and many who are displaced or students living outside of their home countries in Central and Eastern Europe will find themselves riding the rivers and carrying the torch wherever the river flows.

Häromdagen rekommenderade jag Peter Wallgrens nya bok "Församlingens enhet i profetiskt ljus"

Jag har fått tillåtelse att lägga ut ett utdrag ur den här:

Vilket bygge ska vi delta i?

Utdrag ur boken ”Församlingens enhet i profetiskt ljus” av Peter Wallgren. Artikeln får ej kopieras utan skriftligt tillstånd.

”För att kunna hitta våra platser i Guds tempelbygge måste vi vara fria från konkurrerande lojaliteter. Det är Guds tempelbygge vi ska delta i, inte människors.

Människor har ett starkt behov av tillhörighet. Detta behov är oss givet i skapelsen för att vi ska kunna hålla oss till Herren och ha gemenskap med honom. Han ska vara vår första prioritet. När vi har rätt prioritet kan vi dessutom ha gemenskap med varandra i Kristus. Men det är väldigt frestande att vända på denna ordning så att grupptillhörigheten blir det primära. När detta sker, ofta omärkligt, har vi övergett vår första kärlek. Det är inget ovanligt att kristna ledare spelar på människors behov av tillhörighet. Man vill stärka gruppkänslan, eftersom det tenderar att ge tillväxt och sammanhållning. Detta är i direkt motsats till vad Jesus lärde om hur vi ska vinna människor.

Om någon kommer till mig och inte hatar sin far och sin mor, sin hustru och sina barn, sina bröder och systrar, ja, även sitt eget liv, så kan han inte vara min lärjunge. Luk 14:26

Vad Jesus ville säga med detta var att vi måste välja vilken enhet vi önskar. Om vi önskar bygga familjelojaliteter framför Andens enhet, kan vi inte vara Jesu lärjungar. Om vi önskar bygga vidare på oss själva kan vi inte heller vara hans lärjungar. Såväl familjeband som självbevarelsedrift måste dö för att vi ska kunna vinna det liv som ges av Anden. Naturligtvis gäller detta i lika hög grad församlingslojaliteter, eller bättre uttryckt; föreningslojaliteter, för vi ska se att Guds församling inte är summan av alla föreningar som kallar sig församlingar.

Men när vi låtit dessa lojaliteter dö, kan sann vänskap och tillhörighet uppstå i ny gestalt. Skillnaden blir att Herren nu själv kan uttrycka sig genom oss. All gemenskap kommer nu att kännetecknas av hans närvaro, eftersom gemenskapen inte längre kan stjäla vår tillbedjan och lydnad mot honom. Då kommer vi att vinna det verkliga livet. Vi kommer också att ge liv åt andra, eftersom Livets Ande vilar över oss.

Den som vill bevara sitt liv skall mista det, men den som mister sitt liv för min skull, han skall vinna det. Matt 16:25

Ovanstående kan tillämpas både på enskilda och på sammanslutningar. Den gemenskap som vill bevara sitt liv (sina medlemmar, sina aktiviteter, sitt namn, sin identitet som förening etc) kommer att mista sitt liv. Den kommer att mista det liv som kommer från Gud. Men den organisation som är villig att mista sitt liv för Herrens skull, kommer i någon form att vinna det. Kanske måste organisationen först dö, men i så fall kan livet från Herren uppstå i ny form.

På detta sätt och endast så, kommer all ära att bli Guds. Ingen människa kan berömma sig av enheten i den helige Ande. Det är inte en enhet som vi kan arbeta oss fram till. Vi kan inte förhandla oss fram till Andens enhet. Vi kan bara gå in i den genom lydnad för Ordet och Anden.

Det är värt att lägga märke till att de enda två församlingar i Uppenbarelsebokens början som fick godkänt av Herren, de i Smyrna och Filadelfia, kännetecknades av svaghet och fattigdom. Det antyder att de saknade sådan styrka som man kunde iaktta med mänskliga ögon. Deras styrka låg i deras medvetenhet om att de inget hade i sig själva.

Ingen kan, enligt Jesus, tjäna två herrar (Matt 6:24). Jesus tillämpade detta på mammonguden, men det är uppenbart att hans påstående gäller generellt. Följaktligen kan man inte tjäna både Gud och en mänsklig sammanslutning. Däremot kan man tjäna Gud i en mänsklig sammanslutning. Eftersom vi ibland behöver vara flera, har vi skäl att underordna oss varandra i en viss ordning. Gud är ju inte oordningens gud (1 Kor 14:33). Men om glädjen i den helige Ande är borta när vi delar gemenskap med varandra måste vi fråga oss vad som är orsaken. Först behöver vi rannsaka oss själva om vi är kvar i vår första kärlek till Herren. Om vi fortfarande har Herren kärast av alla, är det sannolikt vårt inre som vittnar om att den gemenskap vi delar saknar rätt prioritet. Om vi känner betryck, tvång eller tristess är det signaler som visar att vi är utanför Gudsrikets domäner (Rom 14:17; 1 Kor 4:20). En sådan gemenskap bygger inte upp, utan bryter ner och hindrar oss på den smala stigen. Om vi däremot blir brinnande i hjärtat när vi träffas och blir betjänade med Gudsordets rikedomar är det ett bra tecken på att vi tillsammans söker Herren först av allt och att han är mitt ibland oss.

Och de sade till varandra: "Brann inte våra hjärtan när han talade med oss på vägen och öppnade Skrifterna för oss?" Luk 24:32

Detta var lärjungarnas vittnesbörd sedan de hade mött den uppståndne Herren på vägen till Emmaus. Vi kommer att känna detsamma när den gemenskap vi deltar i äger rätt prioritet.

Hur får vi bygga?

Vi ska titta på ett skriftställe som undervisar oss om en annan viktig sak som karaktäriserar gemenskapen i Anden.

Men om du vill göra ett altare av stenar åt mig, skall du inte bygga det av huggen sten. Ty om du rör vid den med din mejsel, vanhelgar du stenen. 2 Mos 20:25

Att bygga ett altare är att bygga en plats för tillbedjan och offer. I vår tid kan vi därför tillämpa bibeltexten på vår gemenskap i Anden. Det är ju i vår gemenskap som vi ska offra våra liv på Guds altare och det är i denna gemenskap vi ska tillbe honom.

Om ni nu har tröst hos Kristus, uppmuntran av hans kärlek och gemenskap i Anden… gör då min glädje fullkomlig genom att ha samma sinnelag och samma kärlek och genom att vara ett i själ och sinne. Fil 2:1-2

Texten i Andra Moseboken säger oss att vi får lägga stenarna på plats, men inte mejsla till dem. I överförd bemärkelse handlar det om att vi får erkänna och tillämpa att Gud till sitt tempelbygge har gjort olika delar som passar in i varandra. Vi får upptäcka stenarnas (människornas) olika gåvor som Herren givit dem och hjälpa dem in i sina uppgifter. Men vi får inte lov att försöka ändra på de olika stenarnas funktioner och egenskaper efter eget tycke. Inte heller får vi lov att bygga på Guds hus med mänsklig visdom, bara för att vi tycker att något känns trevligt att ha, eller ser mer passande ut (som huggna stenar ju kan göra). Vi kan dra slutsatsen att Gud inte beskyddar det som är frammejslat av människohand.

Vi kan heller inte uppnå samma sinnelag och vara ett i själ och sinne, som Filipperbrevet uppmanar oss till, utan att vi tillåter Gud att lägga allt på plats. Och vi måste acceptera vars och ens särart – inte hans köttsliga särart förstås, utan hans särart i Kristus. Guds hus kan bara byggas genom att förtrösta på och lyssna till Byggmästaren själv, och så gå in i hans förutberedda gärningar.

Dom över enheter

De som söker åstadkomma enhet på sitt eget sätt skapar samtidigt ett gemensamt domsobjekt. Eller omvänt uttryckt: De som ger sin lojalitet till en mänsklig enhet drar på sig de synder som denna enhet står för. Man blir delaktig i andras synder genom association. Detta är en tydlig lära i Skriften. Vi ser Guds tillämpning av detta i hela GT när vi läser om hur folket fick lida när deras kungar syndade. Vi ser samma lag i verksamhet när Akan tog av det tillspillogivna och gömde det i sitt tält (Jos 7:1). Det står att Herrens vrede upptändes mot Israel, alltså inte endast mot Akan. När David företog en folkräkning utan att Gud hade befallt det, drabbades hans folk av domen (2 Sam 24:2-25). Men när folket vid ett tillfälle vände sig emot sin kung och stod på den rättfärdiges sida kunde de avvärja en dom (1 Sam 14:27-45). I ändens tid ska det gemensamma domsobjektet bli Vilddjurets rike och alla de som tillber vilddjuret eller tar dess märke på sig.

De som följer en ledare är att betrakta som delaktiga i ledarens liv. De är delaktiga i samma vision, i samma synder och i samma härlighet som ledaren. Man märker att alla ”smakar” som ledaren. De kanske inte är lika frimodiga som han, men de får del av samma karaktär. Ibland kan man märka att efterföljare till en ledare med vissa karaktärsfel förstärker dessa. De blir som karikatyrer av sin ledare. Detta beror på att de inte har en egen stark gudsrelation, utan okritiskt imiterar sin ledare, och kanske också lägger till lite av sin egen köttsliga karaktär.

Denna lag fungerar också omvänt. En ledare som inte vakar över sin hjord gör sig delaktig i de synder som florerar där. Om han inte söker upp dem som faller i synd, gör vad han kan för att upprätta dem och, i de fall de inte vill vända om, skiljer dem från gemenskapen, gör han både sig själv och hela församlingen delaktig i deras synd. Detta var vad som hände i fallet med Akan. Josua glömde att kontrollera om folket var redo att gå in i striden innan han gav anfallsorder. Nästan samma sak hände när Israel ingick förbund med Gibeoniterna (Jos 9:14). Man lät sig luras för att man inte frågade Herren först. Men i detta fall straffades inte folket, utan misstaget gav andra följder.

Nya testamentet har inte ändrat denna lag. I Uppenbarelseboken uppmanas vi att gå ut ur Babylon för att inte bli delaktiga i hennes synder (Upp 18:4). Jesus sade att vi inte skulle fråga efter blinda ledare (Matt 15:14), för om vi låter oss ledas av dem faller både vi och de i gropen. Församlingen i Efesus fick Herrens beröm för att de hade avslöjat falska apostlar (Upp 2:2). Aposteln Paulus uppmanade Korintförsamlingen att skilja från sig den som är ond (1 Kor 5:13) och att urskilja falska apostlar (2 Kor 11). Herren skulle utspy hela församlingen i Laodicea ur sin mun (hon fick inte längre vara en del av hans kropp) om de inte vände om (Upp 3:16), vilket visar att han betraktade dem som en straffrättslig enhet. Samma sak gällde församlingen i Efesus. Om de inte vände om skulle han ”flytta deras ljusstake från dess plats”, vilket innebar att han skulle flytta hela församlingens position från dess höga auktoritetsställning i den andliga världen till en plats där de inte längre skulle ha någon makt över Satan.

Hela kyrkans historia är full av splittring på grund av synd hos ledarna. Det är Israels historia i repris. Vanligen handlar det om att ledarna på något sätt börjar styra utan Kristus, och därmed överger sin första kärlek till honom. När de gör det, kommer också hela deras hjord att hamna utanför Kristus, bortsett från de, vanligtvis få personer, som lyckas genomskåda avfallet och lämnar dem. Församlingen är inte längre Herrens. Nästan omärkligt har den hamnat under mänsklig kontroll. I den ställningen utanför Kristus blir sedan både ledare och deras efterföljare lätta byten för villoandar av olika slag. En del snärjs in i sekteristiska läror. De ledare som har lättast att falla in i demoniska läror är de som vill glänsa med sin kunskap. Samvetsömma människor blir deras efterföljare, eftersom deras lära fångar in människor som inte är befästa i Guds nåd. Andra söker framgång genom att hålla sig väl med folket, likt Saul, och därför anpassar de bibelordet till opinionens åsikter. Ingen som vill hålla sig väl med folket kan vara Guds redskap till väckelse. Vi är ju kallade att tillsammans med Kristus vara döda från synden och leva hans uppståndelseliv. Guds vilja med oss är att vi ska återspegla hans härlighet på jorden.

Gud förutsåg allt detta och ville därför inte att Israel skulle ha en kung. Men eftersom de stod på sig, fick Samuel ändå uppdraget att smörja en kung åt dem. Samma händelseutveckling kan vi utan tvekan se i kyrkans historia. Från början hade vi inte någon ”kung”, eller påve. Men när kyrkan blev erkänd av världens härskare, ja redan tidigare, ville hon spela enligt samma regler som världen. Hon kunde inte se något bättre sätt att styras. Det började med Katolska kyrkan, men samma styrelseprinciper har till vissa delar gått vidare i frikyrkor.

Församlingen behöver domare. (Jämför med domartiden i Israel innan de fick en kung.) Dessas uppgift blir att föra människor till samstämmighet med Herren – i förening med honom och hans tankar. Det är att döma rätta domar."

We do not believe that God has forgotten us or that we would be somehow less loved, that God prefers the other ones. We do not want to accept this state and we want to look for where the causes are and what has to be changed in order that the status and fate of our country and Europechanges.)

In case the European nations have to come together, we have to start building a unity in Europe in some way. We know we are united in Christ but we also can feel that Europe is divided. The Convocation is intended to enable us to learn what is happening in particular countries and to start praying for one another. God says in His word that He pours out his blessings where the brethren are in unity. And we stand for God's blessing; we need it very much. It is also possible that this unity is not possible without our repentance of the things we have been guilty of in the past because we trespassed against other countries. We should also repent of all prejudices we have against other countries and their people."

"Din svaghet - Guds möjlighet" av Madeleine Wallgren

Madeleine och Peter Wallgren har en enastående förmåga att förmedla djupa insikter och förklara komplicerade sammanhang på ett sätt som gör att allt känns fullständigt kristallklart. Detta är ju också lärartjänstens speciella signum. Att på ett alldeles speciellt sätt kunna hitta vinklar och tydliggöra bibeltexter och kunna förmedla det på ett sådant sätt att kunskapen blir lätt att begripa. För mig personligen har deras böcker genom åren blivit till stor välsignelse och det var med stor glädje jag upptäckte att de på Vingårdens förlags hemsida lagt ut några av sina böcker.

As I was walking out of the store yesterday I heard a loud truck horn. I thought that a huge semitrailer truck was coming down the street but when I turned to look, I noticed that this blasting horn sound was coming from a small SUV truck. Then I realized that the man put that loud horn in his small truck. I remembered the time when I was a teenager, and my friend put one of those horn's in his small sports car. As I looked back at this small truck the Lord said; Don't judge anything or anyone from what you perceive or see in the natural.

The Lord says, I have created men and women and I have called, anointed and appointed those to be My mouthpieces for this time and season. This is the day that I am taking those who seem to be small and insignificant in the eyes of the world and raising them up to become My representatives, those who will trumpet My Voice, resound the words that I give them, and release my glory to a dry and thirsty land. They will speak as My voice with a mighty roar that will shake the nations. They will trumpet My voice and prophesy My word. They are those who know their authority and they have been chosen to change atmospheres. They are able to relate to all walks of life, because many of them have been delivered from a life of hardship. They will bring hope to the destitute, bring comfort to the lonely, heal the brokenhearted and ignite the flame again to those that have given up on their dreams.

Don't judge them by their outward appearance. Those that may seem small in the eyes of men will come forth with My anointing upon them and they will become as another man or woman. Don't despise those that have come out of the pit. Welcome those that I have delivered, transformed, and set free because I desire to use them mightily. I will raise up those whom I choose. Those that have been released from chains will be given the keys to unlock the chains of others.

They will do no more than what was assigned to them, neither will they be less than who they were called to be because their hearts will be aligned with My will. I will raise up those that are the least of them and make them mouthpieces resonating My word to the ends of the earth. They will know their assignment and minister in the authority that I have given them. So be watchful and pray for them as this divine shift transforms into a magnificent reality says the Lord.

HÄLSNING TILL BEDJARE I SVERIGE

Man blir glad varje gång man får höra om nya böneinitiativ från olika håll i landet eller själv få se det med egna ögon. I helgen hade min fru och jag förmånen att vara i Markaryd och gladdes där åt det djupa ekumeniska samarbetet där, bl.a. omkring bön. Den här veckan inbjuder man t.ex. till "24-7 bön" med alla kyrkor.

Jonas Bergsten skickade oss en glädjande rapport från bönearbetet i Bergslagen och Värmland. Han nämnde särskilt om en bönesamling i Årjäng, där svenska och norska bedjare mötts. Han refererade också till att alla kyrkor i Lindesberg för första gången denna höst mötts till "Bergslagsbön". Jonas skriver: "Psalm 133 beskriver hur trossyskon är i enhet, och psalmen avslutas med dessa ord som jag tycker blir så starka i den engelska översättningen (KJV) "….for there the LORD commanded the life, even life for evermore". Tänk när vi ödmjukar oss inför Gud tillsammans, på den platsen befaller Gud sin välsignelse!"

Från Ockelbo berättar man om hur man en gång i månaden samlas ekumeniskt till "Bön för Ockelbo". Där har man planerat bönekvällarna samtidigt som kommunalfullmäktige har sina möten. Igår kväll hade jag tillfälle att vara med på en samling i Södertälje, där man bad för staden och här i Stockholm planerar vi för ekumeniska bönesamlingar vecka 3 nästa år, då vi besöker varandras kyrkor och deras bönesamlingar. Och – för att sluta där jag började – i Markaryd samlas man också en gång i månaden i kommunalhuset för att be för sin kommun. Som Jonas skrev: "Tänk när vi ödmjukar oss inför Gud tillsammans, på den platsen befaller Gud sin välsignelse!"

A Prophetic Word, spoken over Sweden, November 2009, after people have been seeking God for a word for this nation!

Sweden is one of the keys for Europe coming to the Lord. You could say… as goes Sweden, so goes Finland and Norway and other nations in Europe.

Many prayers have been sown into the land and these will not return void. There is a darkness over Sweden that will clear. Part of Sweden’s original destiny from the Lord is to showcase purity and simplicity and there is a time coming when there will be a backlash against humanism and revival will come to the church. Sweden will be more than a conqueror through Christ and this land will show forth the manifest presence of the Lord.

Sweden will be a nation that is a harbinger of spring (as a robin sings of the new life of spring). Sweden will “sing” in strength of the new thing of God and will trumpet inward and outward of His grace and mercy. She will be a living harbinger of the goodness of God. His river is increasing there and will be full to overflowing.

Many churches were seen coming to life and even new ones will spring up. Some of these were seen coming out of darkness and becoming bright with the truth of Jesus.

Their lamp-stands looked like they were dusty, but the light was beginning to shine and become brighter. God destined Sweden to be a nation that proclaims the gospel of the Kingdom.

They also are a nation destined to be a voice of one crying in the wilderness to prepare the way for the coming of the Lord. Isaiah 55:1 is the Lord’s wooing to Sweden.

“Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost.”"

It is not normal for me to ask the Father to give me a word to send out, but I asked Him specifically if He would give me a word for November 11, 2011. If you wonder why, starting in May of 2006, I have repeatedly seen the number 11 until it was to the point of being exasperating. Two months later the Lord was kind enough to explain that 11 comes before midnight and that, “The Hour Is Late”. (See thehourislate).

For three months after He gave this word, the sightings of the number 11 subsided, but from October 2006 to now it has only increased. This is why I asked the Lord for an 11/11/11 prophetic word. In a very short span of time of about 20-25 minutes, this is what He gave me. I had not ever studied these Scriptures together or seen them in this light – and yes, it came as a complete surprise! In fact I am stunned by this cohesion of this word! Praise God!!! (In the words of Paul Harvey, “Now you know the rest of the story”.)

“There has been a lot of speculation about this date. For the most part, it is not what people think. While nations rise and nations fall, people are born while others pass on, the earth travails in various places; however, this is life.

“Proverbs 11:11 says it well, “By the blessings of the upright a city is exalted, but by the mouth of the wicked it is torn down.””

“The mouths of the wicked have wagged their tongues seeking destruction. Even many of My prophets have echoed them until it sounds like ravenous wolves devouring a prey after a time of famine. The blood thirst of the voices has become a tumult in My ears. They have failed to know that I desire mercy rather than sacrifice. They have failed to see how long I suffered and how I always give a true voice with words that lead to life before judgment was executed. They cry out for Jeremiah 11:11, “Therefore this is what the LORD says: I will bring on them a disaster they cannot escape. Although they cry out to Me, I will not listen to them.””

“But the LORD of hosts cries out for Isaiah 11:11: In that day the Lord will reach out His hand a second time to reclaim the surviving remnant of His people. It is My desire to lift up a Standard for the nations in 2012 and to assemble the banished ones of Israel. I will gather the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth!” (See vs.12)

“Didn’t Paul write in Romans 11:11 that by the transgressions of the Jews salvation came to the Gentiles and this would stir up jealousy within them?

“Their mother, Sarah, was able to conceive this nation because she knew Me to be faithful.” (See Hebrews 11:11)

“My witnesses will receive My breath and the fear, the holy reverence for My name, will return like never before.” (See Revelation 11:11)

“My 11^th son Shem*, Noah’s heir, covered his father’s sin and found favor in My eyes, for it was through him that I brought forth My Son, Jesus.” (See Genesis 11:11)

“This is the Spirit of My love, as I modeled it for you in the garden. I covered Adam and Eve with the skins of animals. My covering them was the first sacrifice. I clothed them with My love and this is what I want you to do in this day and hour – wear My love and cover others with it.”

*As I read the names starting with Adam (Luke 3:38) and working up to Shem (Luke 3:36), I felt the meaning of those names would tell a story. 1 Adam, 2 Seth, 3 Enosh, 4 Cainan, 5 Mahalaleel, 6 Jared, 7 Enoch, 8 Methuselah, 9 Lamech, 10 Noah, and 11 Shem. This is what I see from learning their meanings:

The earth’s corporeal foundation (man) was frail and miserable. The people lamented. He who is praised of God descended – He came down as a dedicated man with a mission. He was powerful and though some thought He was wild, He was at rest and settled in His heart. His name has become famous and His reputation is known throughout the world. His identity is the essence of God His Father. His name is Yeshua, Jesus of Nazareth!

Herrens bästa för oss

A word from the Father’s heart to yours: My Best For You

“You have an enemy and he is after your time. There is only so much time allotted to each person on this earth. If the devil or his cohorts distract you, dissuade you or cause you to be weakened in your resolve to serve Me wholeheartedly, then he can keep you from My best.

“Even doing GOOD THINGS is an enemy because it will keep you from My best. If you have committed to do a good thing, I will expect you to fulfill your vow even if I have something better for you to do. I will release you from it in due season, but you must learn from this difficult lesson. I want you to always inquire of Me before committing to a work. Just because it sounds good and may be good doesn’t mean it’s My best for you.

“I will tell you the way to go – listen for the peace in your soul. Obedience to My will brings forth heavenly blessings. I will restore as you walk in My best. Remember, My best can take on many forms and requires humility. Greatness in My kingdom rarely translates to greatness on earth because few can withstand the temptations that come from it.

“I Am the Shepherd and Guardian of your soul and My way is the best for you.”

Kännetecken på en biblisk församling

Bibelundervisning som visar hur man kan identifiera en biblisk och sund församling som öppnar sig för den Helige Ande, och därmed blir karismatisk. Detta gäller alla kyrkor som vill förstå detta med den Helige Ande, vilja leva i det och förverkliga det.

Den helige Ande utgjuts på pingstdagen

Apg. 2:1-4 ”1 När pingstdagen* hade kommit var de alla samlade. 2 Då kom plötsligt från himlen ett dån, som när en våldsam storm drar fram, och det fyllde hela huset där de satt. 3 Tungor som av eld visade sig för dem och fördelade sig och satte sig på var och en av dem. 4 Och de uppfylldes alla av den helige Ande och började tala främmande språk, allteftersom Anden ingav dem att tala.”

Den Helige Ande kommer på pingstdagen till de bedjande troende, och fyller deras liv med Andens kraft och hänförelse, och genom detta föds Kristi församling fram på jorden.

Det finns olika sätt att se på församlingen. En del ser den utifrån de organisatoriska och strukturella utgångspunkterna men det räcker inte, lika lite som det räcker för en församling att bara ha namnet om sig att vara en församling, utan man måste se den ur ett djupare perspektiv.

I den första församlingen blev alla 120 personerna uppfyllda av den Helige Ande. Över var och en visade sig tungor som av eld.
Är församlingen i Sverige idag uppfylld av den Helige Ande? Det är tveksamt, då vi ser all den sekularisering som trängt in i Guds församling och öppnat upp för världens andlighet. Överlåtelsen och hängivenheten är inte på topp i församlingarna i dag.
Det finns en längtan efter att få se en andeuppfyllelse bortom de religiösa gränserna och egoistiska nivåerna. Det är många som längtar efter mer av den Helige Ande.

Det är avgörande för församlingen på vilket sätt den relaterar till den Helige Ande. Många är nöjda och begränsar sin relation till den Helige Ande till texter i bibeln eller i sångböcker, eller att de ser tillbaka på att de en gång har varit med om en andeutgjutelse. Detta hjälper oss inte i dag. Församlingar i Sverige måste våga vara frimodiga nog att göra en analys av läget precis nu, där många skulle komma fram till att vi brister i den Helige Andes flöde och välsignelse i många kristnas liv.

Medlemmarna i den första församlingen fylldes av den Helige Ande på pingstdagen där var och en fick en eldstunga över sig, det står t.o.m. att Den Helige Ande fyllde hela huset där de satt.
Vad är det som fyller våra hus och hem i dag för det mesta? Är det TV: n med hela sitt utbud eller något annat som tar platsen före den Helige Andes närvaro? En sann kristendom är inte begränsad enbart till kyrkans rum, utan får även utrymme i hus och hem med lovsång, bibelläsning och sann gudsfruktan.

Det stora med att bli uppfylld av den Helige Ande är att man får del av Andens karaktär, som är Guds kärleks kvalitéer. Är församlingen i dag så andefylld att den är präglad av Guds kärlek?
Där finns det mycket övrigt att önska, för även in på helig mark finns i dag mycket av kärlekslöshet, oförsonlighet, kiv, bråk och maktkamper. Vi behöver i dag en stark andeutgjutelse så att vi får den urkristna församlingens tecken och kvalitéer.

Ps. 143:10 ”Lär mig att göra din vilja, ty du är min Gud. Må din gode Ande leda mig på jämn mark.”

Guds Ande är en God ande. Det som präglar den Helige Ande är godhet.

Jämför med djävulens ande som är en ond ande.

Kännetecken på en församling som är uppfylld av den Helige Ande är att det är en GOD församling, inte snäll för det är ett obibliskt ord.

Gud är inte snäll men Han är GOD, och det är väldigt stor skillnad på detta, för godheten kan även vara sträng, den kan förmana och ta itu med synder och svagheter.

Att vara snäll betyder att man inte tar itu med någonting, man följer då bara med strömmen vart den än leder.

Församlingens uppgift i dag är att plantera godhet i en ond värld.

1 Kor. 5:13 Dem som står utanför skall Gud döma. Driv ut ifrån er den som är ond!

Församlingen här hade stora problem med otukten, men ondskan i alla dess former måste man göra upp med. Ondskan är en hotbild mot den godhet som manifesteras genom den Helige Ande.

Den Helige Ande med sin godhet kan inte finnas kvar om ondskan finns i församlingen. Det onda tar då över. AVUNDSJUKA, SKVALLER och FÖRTAL släpper in det onda mer och mer i församlingen, därför att det finns en brist på den Helige Ande. Djävulens demoner är demoniska LÖGNANDAR.

Vi lever i en ond tid Ef. 5:16 Ta väl vara på varje tillfälle, ty dagarna är onda.

Ondskan består djupast sett av EGOISM, att själv få stå i centrum i sina sammanhang även inne i församlingen, man bryr sig inte så mycket om de svaga, de fattiga, de mobbade och de förföljda, därför att man har öppnat upp för tidsandan och det har med tidsandan att göra.

Den Helige Andes karaktär är SANNING.

Joh. 16:13 ”Men när han kommer, sanningens Ande, då skall han föra er in i hela sanningen. Ty han skall inte tala av sig själv, utan allt det han hör skall han tala, och han skall förkunna för er vad som kommer att ske.”

Joh. 14:16 ”Och jag skall be Fadern, och han skall ge er en annan Hjälpare, som alltid skall vara hos er, 17 sanningens Ande, som världen inte kan ta emot. Ty världen ser honom inte och känner honom inte. Ni känner honom, eftersom han förblir hos er och skall vara i er. 18 Jag skall inte lämna er faderlösa, jag skall komma till er.”

Jesus undervisar här om Anden som ska komma.

SANNINGEN är ett kännetecken för en andeuppfylld församling

Så som karaktären är i himmelen, så är också den Helige Andes karaktär.

Upp. 21:27 ”Aldrig någonsin skall något orent komma in i den, och inte heller någon som handlar skändligt och lögnaktigt, utan endast de som är skrivna i livets bok som tillhör Lammet.”

Den himmelska världen är ren och präglas av sanningen och det är den himmelska dimensionen som ska finnas i Guds församling.
Det är viktigt att vi kristna lär oss SANNINGEN OM GUD. Gud är så nära oss och sin församling, så Han är närmare än luften vi andas.
Den Helige Ande är vår guide till att lära känna Gud, Han vägleder oss in på helig mark och för oss djupt in i Gud själv.

1 Kor. 2:9-10 ”Men vi känner, som Skriften säger,* vad ögat inte har sett och örat inte hört och människohjärtat inte kunnat ana, vad Gud har berett åt dem som älskar honom. 10 Ty för oss har Gud uppenbarat det genom sin Ande.”

Ett kännetecken på en sund biblisk församling är att den Helige Ande guidar alla, pastorer och tjänstegåvor och övriga troende

Det är den Helige Ande som utforskar allt och pejlar djupen i Gud. Anden kan föra oss in i det genuina, i det eviga, i det heliga, i det ursprungliga, nämligen Gud. En sådan kyrka kommer att få starka tecken på att Gud finns där, att det är geniunt andligt och framför allt heligt.

Där blir inte människan manipulerad till ett visst karismatiskt beteende utan människan samarbetar med Gud genom den Helige Ande på ett fullödigt sätt, där Gud har respekt för sina medarbetare och människan bär på en helig respekt för en helig Gud. Sanningen om Gud är viktig men också sanningen om människan.

Den Helige Ande är helt ointresserad av karriärsträvan i Guds församling.

Vårt ursprung som andefyllda kristna är inte syndafallet, våra rötter är inte destruktionen som beskrivs i 1 Mos.3, utan våra rötter kommer från skapelsekärleken hos Gud, från Guds eget hjärta.

Respekt för Guds Ord

Det finns en skapande sanning när det gäller tron på bibeln. Där människor har blivit fyllda av den Helige Ande, där har också kommit en RESPEKT för Bibeln, de har blivit bibelläsare. De kallades också förr för läsarfolket därför att de ägnade en stor del av sin tid till att läsa och studera bibeln. Men inte på ett sånt sätt att man isolerar bibeln från den Helige Andes gärning, och låter bokstaven bli allt som finns kvar.

Jesus säger: Bokstaven dödar men Anden ger liv, som öppnar ordet så att vi förstår. Den Helige Ande hjälper oss att förstå bibeltexterna och gör dem levande för oss.
Vi behöver den Helige Ande som är kärlek, godhet och sanning, för att kunna avslöja Andens nivå i församlingen.

När den Helige Ande får uppfylla församlingen så kommer sanningen att avslöjas

Han kommer inte att stryka medhårs och vara en diplomat för fridens skull. Om den Helige Ande får frihet att tala i församlingen så kommer Han att säga mycket sanningar som kommer att svida. Tiden är inne nu för församlingens uppbrott, då den måste göra upp med all sin ytlighet överallt där heligheten har bytts bort mot religiositet. En stark återupprättelse för församlingen i Sverige kommer bara att ske genom sanningens Ande. Därför är det så viktigt att inte stoppa den Helige Ande.

FÖRBLI I JESUS!

1 Joh. 2:27 Vad er beträffar, så förblir i er den smörjelse som ni har tagit emot av honom, och ni behöver inte någon som undervisar er, utan vad hans smörjelse lär er om allting är sanning och inte lögn. Förbli i honom, så som den har lärt er.

Alla som ska ha en tjänst eller uppdrag i Guds församling måste ha en smörjelse, det är smörjelsen som frigör till tjänst.
Den Helige Ande måste få förbli i församlingen därför att den talar sanning till församlingen. Anden talar in i vår kyrka om allt det som är sant och om det som behöver återupprättas.
Det finns en lögn i våra kyrkor i dag som säger att ”allt är väl” men den Helige Ande kommer att visa oss verkligheten.
Vi kommer då att få se pastorer och andliga ledare som bara gråter i förtvivlan och förkrosselse över att de har levt på en lögn i åratal och inte stått under den smörjelse som har sagt sanningen till församlingen och så har vi förlorat åratal i en ljum kristen atmosfär som inte har förlöst väckelse och förnyelse varken inåt eller utåt.

Det är skillnad att se en pastorsroll som ett yrke eller att stå under en smörjelsekraft som blir dynamisk i den profetiska tjänst Gud har ställt en förkunnare, pastor eller äldste eller vad det är för tjänst.

1 Joh. 4:1-6 Mina älskade, tro inte alla andar utan pröva andarna om de kommer från Gud. Ty många falska profeter har gått ut i världen. 2 Så känner ni igen Guds Ande: varje ande, som bekänner att Jesus är Kristus, som kommit i köttet, han är från Gud, 3 och varje ande som inte bekänner Jesus, han är inte från Gud. Det är Antikrists ande, som ni har hört skulle komma och som redan nu är i världen. 4 Ni, kära barn, är från Gud och har besegrat dem, ty han som är i er är större än den som är i världen. 5 De är av världen och därför talar de vad som är av världen, och världen lyssnar till dem. 6 Vi tillhör Gud. Den som känner Gud lyssnar till oss, den som inte är av Gud lyssnar inte till oss. Det är så vi känner igen sanningens Ande och villfarelsens ande.

Guds Ande är Sanningens Ande, medan världens, djävulens ande är villfarelsens ande = allt som stör min gudsrelation och för mig ut i religiösa träskmarker, ut i det egoistiska, in i det själiska. Man kan ha en teologi som inte stämmer med bibeln, utan den har andra grunder att bygga på och detta måste vi gå emot och göra upp med.

Petrus predikan i Apg. 2:22 ”Israeliter, lyssna till dessa ord: Jesus från Nasaret var en man som Gud bekände sig till inför er genom kraftgärningar, under och tecken, som Gud genom honom utförde mitt ibland er, så som ni själva vet.”

I Apg. 2:23 möter vi korsfästelsen, "Efter Guds fastställda plan och beslut blev han utlämnad, och med hjälp av dem som är utan lagen* spikade ni fast honom på korset och dödade honom"

Jesus kan aldrig stå där själv utan att korset finns med, Hans blod, död och försoning finns med. När det är ett uttryck för den Helige Ande att måla Kristus så finns alltid blodet med, och korset för Jesu försoning, och även uppståndelsen,

Apg. 2:24: Men honom har Gud uppväckt och löst ur dödens vånda, eftersom det inte var möjligt att han skulle behållas av döden

Apg. 2:27 att du inte skall lämna mig i graven* eller låta din Helige se förgängelsen.

Om man är fylld av Guds Ande så kommer alltid den Anden att förhärliga Jesus.

Joh.16:14 Anden förhärligar Jesus.

Joh. 16:15 Anden tar emot av Jesus för att Anden ska undervisa oss om det den tar emot av Jesus.

Joh. 14:26 Anden lär oss allt och påminner oss om allt som Jesus har sagt.

En biblisk församling förhärligar Jesus, en församling som uppfylls av Andens karaktärsdrag får sitt fokus på Jesus så att Jesus blir nummer ett i den församlingen. Han blir inte begränsad till den sociale Jesus, till bergspredikans Jesus med hög moral och en god etik, inte den Jesus som begränsas till att vara en god man och ett gott föredöme för människorna, inte en Jesus utan död och uppståndelse.

Apg. 2:33 ”Sedan han nu genom Guds högra hand har blivit upphöjd och av Fadern tagit emot den utlovade helige Ande, har han utgjutit detta som ni ser och hör.”

Jesus tog emot den Helige Ande av Fadern och denne Helige Ande utgjöt Jesus till människorna. Det präglar både förkunnelsen och församlingens liv och gärning, och det präglar den enskilda människans liv.

Jesus som Messias:
Apg. 2:34-35 Ty David har inte farit upp till himlen. Men han säger:Herren sade till min Herre: Sätt dig på min högra sida,35 tills jag har lagt dina fiender som en fotpall under dina fötter.

Ett annat karaktärsdrag på en biblisk församling är att den är omvändelsebenägen

Apg. 2:38 Petrus svarade dem: "Omvänd er och låt er alla döpas i Jesu Kristi namn, så att era synder blir förlåtna. Då skall ni få den helige Ande som gåva.

Dels omvändelsen till Gud, inåt, genom att de blir fyllda av den Helige Ande, smorda av denna smörjelse, men också utåt. 3000 blev omvända till Kristus på en enda dag, sen fortsatte det på samma sätt varje dag. Omvändelsen i Jerusalems församling var ett resultat av en smord förkunnelse, orden TRÄFFADE dem Apg. 2:37

I en predikan är det väldigt viktigt med en smörjelse och en profetisk närvaro, så att människorna blir berörda av Gud och det skedde här, där många blev frälsta pga. en smord förkunnelse.
Predikotraditionen i Sverige i dag måste höja sig över föreläsningstadiet och innehålla mer än bara en duktig berättarkonst eller egna reflektioner och tankar. Allt detta kan väl vara bra men det räcker inte, utan predikan måste stå i en profetisk närvaro och beröra dem som lyssnar, så att de öppnar sina liv för Gud och blir förvandlade.

Det är den omvändelsebenägna församlingen som öppnar sitt liv för Guds närvaro, så man får behov av att bekänna sina synder och få dem förlåtna i Jesus Kristus. Detta har ju präglat många väckelser under åren. Även Johannes Döparen förkunnade att Himmelriket är nära, och att de måste omvända sig och då kom människor i skaror och bekände sina synder.

Matt. 3:5 Jerusalem och hela Judeen och hela landet kring Jordan kom ut till honom, 6 och de bekände sina synder och döptes av honom i floden Jordan.

Dopet

Omvändelsen leder till det kristna dopet som är en mycket stor och viktig sak.

Apg. 2:38 Petrus svarade dem: "Omvänd er och låt er alla döpas i Jesu Kristi namn, så att era synder blir förlåtna. Då skall ni få den helige Ande som gåva.

Alla som blivit frälsta blev också döpta. Vi behöver en stark dopväckelse. Dop med nedsänkelse är det dop som nämns i NT. Dopet betyder att man förenas med Gud och begraver den gamla människan som får uppstå till ett nytt väsende i liv.

Omvändelse från det onda

Predikan måste beröra till förvandling och omvändelsebenägenhet. Smörjelsen och den profetiska närvaron måste finnas, så människor blir berörda av Gud.

Apg. 2:40 Också med många andra ord vittnade han och uppmanade dem: "Låt er frälsas från detta bortvända släkte

Ett tecken på en biblisk omvändelseinriktad församling är att den bevaras från det onda, inåt sig själva och utåt.

Själva tiden är ond och antikristlig

2 Krön. 7:14 men mitt folk, som är uppkallat efter mitt namn, ödmjukar sig och ber och söker mitt ansikte och omvänder sig från sina onda vägar, då vill jag höra det från himlen och förlåta deras synd och skaffa läkedom åt deras land.

Det finns mycket av onda vägar i dag som kyrkan i Sverige behöver vända sig bort ifrån. Detta är så viktigt att Jesus tom har med det i sin bön Fader vår …fräls oss från det onda. Vi behöver bevaras från det onda inflytandet från världen för att vi ska kunna bibehålla en levande nytestamentlig församling.
Var och en bör rannsaka sitt hjärta och fråga Gud om det finns onda vägar i det egna livet som det behövs omvändelse ifrån.

1 Kor. 5:13 Dem som står utanför skall Gud döma. Driv ut ifrån er den som är ond!

Onda människor måste fjärmas från församlingen. OBS! Inte svaga människor utan onda. Det är väldigt stor skillnad mellan svaga och onda människor, många ställen i bibeln visar helt klart att Jesus värnar om de svaga.

Under och tecken

Apg 2:43-47 Och fruktan kom över alla, och många under och tecken gjordes genom apostlarna. 44 Alla troende var tillsammans och hade allting gemensamt. 45 De sålde sina egendomar och allt vad de ägde och delade ut till alla, efter vad var och en behövde. 46 Varje dag var de endräktigt tillsammans i templet, och i hemmen bröt de bröd och höll måltid med varandra i jublande, innerlig glädje. 47 De prisade Gud och var omtyckta av allt folket. Och Herren ökade var dag skaran med dem som blev frälsta.

Det är viktigt att utrymme ges för tecken och under.

Diakonin

Det andra är diakonin, de sålde allt vad de ägde och hade och delade ut efter vars och ens behov. Den sociala tryggheten verkar inte vara lika trygg i dag som för ett antal år sen, vi läser och hör ständigt om nedrustning på det sociala området när inte pengar räcker till längre för vård och omsorg. Ska denna utveckling fortsätta så måste församlingen som är fylld av den Helige Ande, och förstår att också ge hjälp till nödställda människor, planera ett arbete som blir en hjälp till nödställda människor. Församlingens sociala arbete måste identifieras och återupprättas i den här tiden, det är ett kännetecken från den första kristna församlingen som kommer att bli mycket aktuellt i Sverige inom kort.

Andens Enhet

Ett kännetecken var enhet, de höll samman och möttes var dag troget i templet och i hemmen bröt de brödet och höll måltid med varandra i jublande uppriktig glädje. Den kristna församlingen från början präglades av gemenskap och en enhet som var helt underbar och det var därför att det var Andens enhet.

De hade inte en enhet för att de hade religiösa intressen, utan det var Anden som förde dem samman i denna enhet.
I dag bryter det och bänder i många församlingar därför att man inte står i en enhet längre, en del lockas kanske av trosrörelsens karismatiska uttryck när det gäller församlingsliv, lovsång och verksamhet och andra i samma församling är mer lockade av en mera liturgisk församlingssyn och praxis, och mellan dessa finns det många olika varianter av vad medlemmarna förväntar sig och vill ha. Det är lätt att förstå att det inte går att få alla nöjda i en sån församling om man ska se till deras olika förväntningar.

Men då är det så underbart att en församling som blir uppfylld av den Helige Ande, där alla blir fyllda av kvalitéer av Anden så kommer det skapas en Andens enhet, men det betyder inte att alla tycker lika om allting vi kan tycka olika. Vi är enade i Kristi Ande även om vi diskuterar olika saker, detta är ett tecken på den urkristna församlingen, en enhet som inte skadas av att vi har olika syn på saker och ting för det är en andens enhet. Det finns många församlingar i dag som inte alls är eniga trots att man håller ihop i organisationen, det bryter och bänder åt många håll och det handlar väl bara om en tidsfråga innan det bryter ihop helt. Sverige behöver uppleva en Andens enhet bortom det kyrkliga och bortom det religiösa och då kommer vi in på det andliga och på det heliga.

Lovsång

Ett tecken som är starkt

Apg. 2:47a ”De prisade Gud och var omtyckta av allt folket”

…det handlar om lovsång. Församlingen här upplevde en underbar lovsång och det var en lovsång till himmelens Gud som förde dem in i en mycket stark tjänst inför tronen och inför andevärlden och därmed också inför den synliga världen.

Apg. 2:46 ”Varje dag var de endräktigt tillsammans i templet, och i hemmen bröt de bröd och höll måltid med varandra i jublande, innerlig glädje.”

…gemenskap i jublande glädje, Andens Enhet, de prisade Gud.

Sef. 3:19 Se, jag skall på den tiden ta itu med alla som plågat dig. Jag skall frälsa de haltande och samla de fördrivna. Jag skall låta dem bli till lovsång och berömmelse på hela jorden, där de var så hånade.

Judarna återvänder till Sion, det heliga landet …detta ska bli ett ämne till lovsång bland alla jordens folk.

Jes. 60, 61, 62…när judar kommer hem till sitt land, då ska lovsång höras i alla länder.
Det har också börjat en lovsångsrörelse internationellt som är helt otrolig, det kom redan på 70 och 80-talet smorda Herrens tjänare och tjänarinnor i Amerika, Sydamerika, Asien runt om i vår värld i många länder där många gamla församlingar som nästan var utdöda så kom den karismatiska förnyelsen och så kom lovsången som en Guds gåva och många gamla sakrala kyrkor är i dag förnyade församlingar där man lovsjunger Jesus bortom den traditionella sången.
Nu kom den Helige Andes kraft och smörjelse över lovsången.

I Sydamerika kan man samla 150000 människor på en fotbollsarena och de står och lovsjunger Gud under tårar och hänförelse i timmar medan vi i Sverige mest diskuterar saken för eller emot lovsång. Det finns lovsång i Sverige som inte alls är lovsång, det är bara skrammel, yta och skal därför att man aldrig har lärt sig att i lovsång uppenbaras Helig Ande som en härlighet och en närvaro som för människorna inför tronen.
Lovsång kan ALDRIG vara en musikstil utan det är en böneform som Gud tycker om i ändens tid.
Det är som att Gud vill att församlingen ska ackompanjera Guds gärningar till Israel med judafolket i samband med Sions återupprättelse. Så ska den levande, andefyllda församlingen ackompanjera detta genom en sunt andlig hänförd lovsång som når ända fram till Guds eget hjärta. Vi har stora brister i Sverige när vi inte har förstått detta att samarbeta med Guds helighet i en ren och sann lovsång som ett tecken på en andefylld församling.

Skördeinriktad församling

Avslutningsvis: Nya människor blev frälsta och förenades med församlingen

Apg.2:47b Och Herren ökade var dag skaran med dem som blev frälsta.

Ett mycket stort kännetecken på en levande, andefylld församling är att man vinner människor för Gud och att det finns en nöd för själars frälsning, det finns en prioritering i en sån församling, vi måste få vinna människorna för Gud innan det är för sent. Det finns många ledare som vill se människor bli frälsta, men man har inte förstått att göra detta till en omvändelseprocess in i Guds eget hjärta och ge sitt liv för denna sanning och till varje pris vara med och bärga en stor skörd.

Den första församlingen var skördeinriktad, de lever för skörden, de finns där för skörden. Genom bön och offer och tjänst och andra gåvor i församlingen så går allt ut på att bärga den stora skörden innan Jesus kommer tillbaka. De bibliska tecknen på en levande församling behöver inte vara en utopi i dag, det kan bli en levande verklighet i svenska städer och bygder, det är en bön till Gud att detta ska bli verklighet i dag.

The Lord led me to look into autoimmune diseases and I’ve learned that this is when the immune system is overactive and perceives normal body tissue as harmful and literally attacks itself! This “attack” seems to be very prominent within the Body of Christ in the day and hour we are in with everyone voicing their opinions on forums, twitter, facebook, and other venues. Often people don’t truly think about what they’re saying nor do they ask for clarity before they spew out insults – they just cruelly launch into judgment, strife and contention with the goal to be RIGHT! However, even if they are correct, they’re completely void of the heart of God for His people. It is a spiritual autoimmune disease at work."

Millions of Christians united across denominational, cultural, and political differences on Sunday, October 2nd, joining together for prayer. The Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem (DPPJ) (www.daytopray.com ) invokes God’s blessing and provision upon all of Jerusalem’s people. Globally, from over 200 nations, Christians gathered to intercede during their worship services, in their homes, on college campuses, and in larger regional gatherings.

Founder and Co-Chairman of the Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem, Rev. Stearns said, “God is uniting people in prayer and faith, so that the atmosphere over this city will change, that the climate over this city will change!” Stearns prayed, “Lord, from Jerusalem to the nations, let the word of God go forth with power and strength and glory!” He declared that the initiative in prayer and feeding the hungry in Israel was not ending with the Day of Prayer but just beginning.

Joining Stearns, the Deputy Mayor of Jerusalem – Honorable Naomi Tsur declared, “Jerusalem is a city for all of its residents. Jerusalem is a city that cannot be divided, but must be shared... By praying for the peace of Jerusalem, we can all achieve that end.”

Representing Palestinian Arab Christians, Maher Canawati announced to the gathering of over 650 participants, “As a Christian Palestinian, I came here this afternoon to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. God, Lord Jesus, we ask you to give our leaders wisdom to achieve peace [in Jerusalem].”

From the Prime Minister’s Office of Israel, Gila Gamliel dramatically read from Isaiah, “Your sons shall come from afar, and your daughters shall be carried on the hip. Your heart shall triumph and exalt… for the wealth of the nations has come to you.” She proceeded to proclaim, “We have a mission to save Jerusalem… Jerusalem is the capital of Israel, because of King David. In spite of continuous attempts [against the city], Jerusalem the city of God will never again be divided!”

Mr. Josh Reinstein, Director of the Knesset Christian Allies Caucus emphatically remarked, “Here in Jerusalem, the undivided capital of the state of Israel… We all know that the only answer [for Jerusalem] cannot be political, but Biblical. This story of Jerusalem… has been foretold… We need to pray for the peace of Jerusalem, we need to stand for Jerusalem, and we need to act for Jerusalem.”

Robert Stearns presented a check for $10,000 to the leaders of the two Eagles’ Wings Feeding Centers which feed both Arab and Jewish poor in Jerusalem and Tiberias. Rev. Rick Ridings, Founder Succat of Hillel prayed, “We proclaim that the Lord… foils the plans of the nations – he thwarts the purposes of the people. But the plans of His heart endure through all generations” (Psalm 33:10-11).

International Christian leaders lifted a chorus of prayer to the heavens for Jerusalem’s peace including Rev. Rebecca Brimmer, International President and CEO of Bridges for Peace, Father Octavio Gomez, The House of Mambre and Reverend Yonathan Wiryohadi, Sr. Pastor and Founder of Gereja Bethel Indonesia World Transformation Church.

Additionally, millions participated by praying in homes and special services; it is estimated that 200 nations and over 300,000 churches participated throughout October 2nd. Prayer rose to the heavens from cities and rural villages, from huts and mansions, cathedrals and simple church buildings, and from underground gatherings and over a dozen college campuses. Here are some facts from the DPPJ 24 hour prayer call.

Throughout the 24 hours of October 2, over 200 believers also prayed together through an internet “virtual prayer room” created by the 24-Hour DPPJ Prayer Conference Call (www.greatercalling.org). Christians prayed globally. In the USA, over 600 callers representing thirty-two states prayed for twenty-four hours during the Day of Prayer and were joined by intercessors from many nations including Kenya, UK, Netherlands, Canada and Germany. The Lord was praised, shofars were blown, and the people raised their voices in one accord. There were a couple people who stayed on the line for almost 6 hours straight! Believers sang in their native tongues and wept as they prayed for the peace of Jerusalem and all of her people groups.

Rabbi Micah Goodman was moved by the millions of Christians praying worldwide for Israel, “When I realize with what passion millions of Christians are praying for Jerusalem, I remember that Jews are also praying for Jerusalem... God is uniting us! It is possible that humanity is sensing that something is imminent in this city. Jerusalem is uniting humanity. The Judeo-Christian tradition is awakening now. There is a lot of hunger, a lot of misery now… but together we can dream again to make this world a better place.”

Cindy McGill: Get Ready to Rock the World - The Best is Yet to Come

Jesus is in the house and He is getting ready to rock this place. I felt like the Lord spoke to me this morning and told me things are getting ready to radically change. This trying season has caused a desperation in us that has given us two options: either to quit or to press into Him. Things that seemed important to us just are not important any more. Our desires have changed. We only want to really be close to Jesus and hear His voice. We want to feel the security of His arms around us and know that whatever we have faced and are facing at this moment, He is still the answer and our all in all. I was on my computer answering emails one morning and the Lord spoke really clearly to me. He said, "You don't need those messages, you need MINE." It was profound. I found that all of my anxiousness and time pressures were gone. God is directing our paths. He is lining up connections and doors of opportunities that He has planned for us to enter into.

Pressure, Preparation and Purification

This has been a very trying season for most of us. It has often felt like the pressure just couldn't get any more intense, however that very process has caused us to let go of some things in order to make room for new things to come.

The preparation is necessary. God sees the heart and there are things that MUST be dealt with for us to be able to operate in His power in these coming days. The areas we overcome are the areas we have authority in.

Purification occurs when the heat is the hottest. There are things that God wants to purge from our lives so His glory and presence can shine the brightest. Doors seemed blocked, prayers seemed to go unheard, hope began to fade and disappointment was overshadowing faith. But knowing that this season is temporary gives us a reason to hang on.

Psalm 27:13 says, "I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living."

He fully intends to show us His goodness in the land we are living in. We are going to learn to walk in the fullness of power and authority in these coming days. "THE BEST" IS YET TO COME.

Market Places are Becoming Sanctuaries

I had a dream about being in an artsy, classy coffee shop with my husband and my daughter. There were elevated levels in the shop and tables spread out all over. The place was packed out with people and we were seated where we could see everyone in the cafe.

A man above us was seated at a table with his friends. He was visibly physically sick and unable to walk in his present condition. He began talking with his friends about a dream he had in which Jesus had come to him, touched him and he was able to walk in his dream. As he shared the dream with his friends, the whole cafe began to listen. The man then acted on the message he received in the dream and started to declare, "I can walk, I can walk."

As he did, he actually started walking and his physical appearance changed. Color came back into his face and healing was progressing as he continued walking and hopping over chairs in the cafe. People in the cafe began to clap and shout and some began praising God as this man walked faster and faster in perfect health. Everyone was in awe and excited as they witnessed this miracle.

People will find healing and discover their "walk" in the most unusual places outside the church, and miracles will convince people of the power and goodness of God.

I Never Thought That Up!

1 Corinthians 2:9 But as it is written, "Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him."

God is going to blow our minds. We should be expecting some really unusual miracles and things to take place in us, through us and around us. Every place we are sent, God is going to do fun, weird and unusual things. I often ask myself,"Cindy, at what point did God have to get your permission to be God?" What we have seen Him do in the past is only a preview of what He has planned for our futures.

Learning to Listen...

The more we can listen to the Holy Spirit and follow His leading, the more God can trust us and send us to those He is drawing. We cannot let our zeal get in the way of the love of God. We must learn to act and not react or do things because we did them before. God wants to lead this dance and when we will train our ears to hear, the outcome will be astounding.

Money's Comin'

Ask for and receive creative ideas that will produce income for you. Get ready to be out of debt. Wealth has been stored up for His kids so we can do the work we have been called and assigned to. God's arm is not short and He owns it all. If you have given, then get ready for it to be given back to you, pressed down, shaken together and running over. Projects and creative works that have been birthed by God are going to be in high demand by the world.

Ask God for ideas and expect to receive them. God is pouring out creativity on those who ask for it and He is going to financially bless what He has given you to do. Dreams are also increasing with step-by-step instructions for inventions to be designed. God is financing His Kingdom work. Things can and most likely will change overnight for many. No matter how deep in debt you are, repentance will bring deliverance.

Spirit Led and Not Your Head

Galatians 5:7 says, "You were running the race beautifully. Who cut in on you and stopped you from obeying the truth?"

When trying times come, the temptation to get sidetracked and off course is very strong. If we can just remember that God wants to show us another part of Himself at every junction, then we will keep on the track and finish the race. He is always teaching us about Himself and His ways. The training comes when we learn to run to Him and embrace Him in hard, dry times instead of running from Him or just sitting along the sidelines.

If we can calm our hearts and minds, God will tell us what's up. Remember, it's His message we need to hear, not what our feelings, emotions and minds tell us. The components of the soul will trick us every time. It is God's design to teach us how to live by the Spirit. Romans 8:14 says,"For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God."

To be led by God's Spirit is absolutely essential for the days ahead, and we have to remember that it is God who is at work within us to will and to do of His good pleasure (seePhilippians 2:13).

The Starter of the Work in Us is Also the Finisher

Philippians 1:6 For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.

God has not abandoned us. He has NEVER nor will He EVER leave us or forsake us. We are constantly in His sight, and His design for us is unshakable. His great love is fashioning us after His own image, which will not only save us but also save a desperate, spiritually-starving world around us. Spiritual hunger is at an all-time high. People are desperate to find answers to their lives, their fears, and find their purpose and path. Sin for a season is pleasurable, but for a large amount of people, sin just isn't fun anymore.

There is an epidemic of people facing transition in their lives and they are ready to make life-changing decisions. God is raising up laborers who won't quit or shrink back when it gets hard. This season of testing, shaking and equipping has made us tenacious, so much so that when Jesus tells us to let our nets down on the other side of the boat when we are tired and weary from fishing all night, we will obey and be able to bring in the biggest catch of our lives. There is method to His seeming "madness." He already warned us that His ways are not ours.

Refreshing Times are Coming with Answered Prayers, New Assignments and New Perspectives

We just aren't going to see things the same way in the very near future. God is steering the boat. He has safe harbors for us to go into. He has heard our prayers and has been working behind the scenes all along. There are going to be new locations for us to occupy. Lots of people will find themselves moving to a new place with new anointing for new groups and new assignments. Some will reap where they have not sown. Pulpits will have new faces, and communities of people will strengthen as spiritual "families" will emerge like in Acts 2. People went from house to house eating and giving things away as people had need, and God did miracles in their midst and added to them daily those who were being saved.

Simplicity of heart with praise and thankfulness attracts the attention of Heaven. God likes to hang out in small places where love is large. These are the best days we have ever seen. Don't be discouraged. Get ready for breakthroughs on every side.

Sukkot - Lövhyddohögtiden

Den judiska högtinden Sukkot som också kallas Lövhyddohögtiden inleddes i år onsdag kväll den 12 oktober och avslutas vid solnedgången onsdagen den 19 okt.

Fem dagar efter Försoningsdagen Yom Kippur infaller Sukkot som i Bibeln (Lev. 23:34) beskrivs som "lövhyddohögtiden". Sukkot är en av tre helger som (fram till år 70 e. Kr) firades med pilgrimsfärder till templet i Jerusalem, och de tre är därför kända som "pilgrimsfesterna." Sukkot firas till minnet av utvandringen från Egypten (Exodus; 1300-talet f. Kr) och är dessutom en skörde- och tacksägelsefest. Vid en del kibbutzer firas Sukkot som Chag Ha'asif (Skördefesten) med teman kring insamlingen av den andra spannmålsskörden och höstens frukter, början på jordbruksåret, liksom det första regnet.

Under de fem dagarna mellan Yom Kippur och Sukkot bygger tiotusentals familjer och företag en sukka – en tillfällig liten bod eller hydda, som i huvudsak används för att äta i och som liknar de hyddor som israeliterna levde i i öknen efter deras utvandring från Egypten. De införskaffar och smyckar sukkan med palmblad, en citron, myrten, järnekskvistar och pilgrenar som också understryker högtidens böneceremoni.

Över hela landet ser man lövhyddor; sukkot, på parkeringsplatser, balkonger, hustak, gräsmattor och på offentliga platser. Ingen armébas saknar en. Vissa tillbringar hela högtiden och de följande sex dagarna bokstavligen boende i sin lövhydda.

I Israel firas den delen som utgör Sukkots helgdag, liksom de två andra pilgrimsfesterna, Pessach och Shavuot, under endast en dag, medan judiska församlingar i förskingringen (utanför Israel) firar helgdagen i två dagar. Efter själva helgdagen fortsätter firandet av Sukkot, men nu med mindre fromhet, såsom föreskrivs enligt Toran (Lev. 23:36). Under vardagsveckan mellan Sukkots båda helgdagar – som till hälften är högtid, till hälften varddag – är det skollov och många arbetsplatser håller stängt eller har en kortare arbetsdag. De flesta israeler tar semester och tillbringar denna halv-helgdagsvecka under Pessach och Sukkot på någon fritidsanläggning.

Vardagsveckan och högtiden avslutas med Shmini Atseret, den "åttonde dagens heliga tillfälle" (Lev. 23:36), som är kombinerad med högtiden Simhat Tora. Firandet av Shmini Atseret/Simhat Tora fokuserar på Toran – de fem Moseböckerna – och utmärks av dans med Tora-rullarna i famnen, liksom uppläsning av Torans allra sista och första kapitel. På så vis förnyar man den årliga Tora-läsningscykeln och börjar således om på nytt. Många församlingar har fester, som ofta hålls utomhus efter mörkrets inbrott, för att festen inte skall begränsas av de religiösa påbud som gäller under själva helgdagen.

Those who follow Jesus and embrace Him as their word can then speak the mind and will of the Lord. This is why it is so important to fill your heart with the good things of God. Such things are the truths of God in Scripture and revelation from the Holy Spirit. This insures your heart will be good as it issues forth through your mouth and tongue when called upon. Be sanctified in heart and tongue as you seek to establish the Kingdom of God in the earth and in your own heart.

AUI kommer till Sverige

AUI är en förkortning av Artists United International med uppgiften att hjälpa och inspirera kristna artister och konstnärer att uppfylla Guds vision som representanter för Guds rike i den konstnärliga världen.

De kommer nu till Sverige har konserter med tal och förbön för längtande i Stockholm och Göteborg.

- I Stockholm kommer det att vara konsert med förbön 11/10, kl. 15.45 i S:ta Clara kyrka.

- AUI medverkar också i en FGBM (Full Gospel Businessmen ) samling i Citykyrkan samma dag kl.12.00.

-I Göteborg är det möten i Utbykyrkan den 14/10 och 15/10 kl. 19.00, den 16/10 börjar samlingen kl.18.00.

Temat för detta året blir: ”Guds helande närvaro i musiken”. Efteråt blir det fika i församlingshemmet.

"I heard the Lord say, “I am declaring the wind over each of you right now.” He said, “Stand, Arise.” I want you to stand up right now. I heard the Lord say, “I am going to touch you. My wind is going to come into your mind and it is going to cause chains of old to be broken, so you cannot be tormented from the past wind of the damage, of the tornadoes that have touched down in your life and left damage and confusion and doubt and fear. I am the same Lord your God who spoke to the sea and it obeyed me and I calmed the sea. Tonight I will send My
wind to bring clarification and to bring clearing in your thought life to where you can think, think and know My will, think and know My presence that I can take your mind and renew it in My wind: the wind of My Spirit, the wind of My presence, the wind of My Word.

“I am blowing away unbelief tonight. Where unbelief would come to rob you of faith and rob you of joy, I would speak to that unbelief and I will say, ‘Let My people go!’ For I have called them to rise up on the wings of eagles. I am calling forth eagles to run and to walk and to
fly with the flow of My wind.

“For you will hear of winds across your nations, winds that have never been seen, winds man will try to explain away. I say it will be the wind of My Spirit, straightening things out and placing confusion in the plans of the enemies. I say I am looking for a people to arise, to
declare, to be filled with My wind. When you direct the wind of My Spirit, you shall see healing go into bodies that people have spoken death over. You will see healing go into minds where the mind has tried to trap My people in doubt and unbelief.

You will see My wind come about you and in your household and place things in order. I will direct My wind to go into your finances and command favor back over your finances. For I say unto you, you are to declare the favor in the house of the Lord. My wind will blow and there shall be nothing, nothing, nothing that can withstand My wind. All shall bow down because the wind of God has blown it into it’s position. Know that if I can walk on the water, I can train you and raise you up to walk in the wind of My Spirit,” says the Lord your God."

ECIs mission i FN i New York fullgjord

Ett öppet brev till FN-kvartetten uppmanar till ett återupptagande av fredsförhandlingarna

New York 26 september 2011. Efter ett år av forskande och aktiv kampanj har den första fasen av ECIs initiativ att att föra fram de lagliga grunderna för den moderna staten Israel framgångsrikt fullföljts. Trots den palestinska ledaren Mahmoud Abbas framlagda förslag till FNs säkerhetsråd att deklarera en palestinsk stat idag, har Mellanösternkvartetten sagt att de kommer att rekommendera att de två parterna återupptar sina fredssamtal och givit dem en ny tidsfrist för underhandlingarna fram till december 2012. Med då måste man ha nått ett komplett fredsavtal. Trots detta kan detta nya förslag rinna ut i sanden. Inom en månad bör de två parterna komma överens om basen för nya förhandlingar för att processen skall gå vidare.

ECI s direktor Tomas Sandell välkomnar rekommendationen. ”Vi har haft en klar målsättning från början att be Mellanöstern-kvartetten (USA, Ryssland, FN, EU) att förkasta en ensidig statsdeklaration och be de båda parterna att förhandla utan förhandsvillkor. Om kvartettens nya rekommendationer tillämpas, has ECIs kampanj varit en stor framgång. Kvartettens medlemmar står för merparten av understödet till den palestinska myndigheten som skulle falla ihop inom några veckor utan detta stöd.

ECI har fört sin kampanj i parlamenten i Haag, Bryssel, Berlin, Rom och London liksom också i regeringar i Afrika och på andra platser i världen. Det kulminerade i en två veckors slutkampanj i FN i New York. Under FNs generalförsamling kunde ECIs teammedlemmar tala både till olika länders delegater, till media och också överräcka ett öppet brev till stöd för fortsatta förhandlingar. Brevet som var undertecknat av 16 prominenta europeiska ledare överläts till generalsekreterarens Mellanöstern-byrå på torsdagen (22. 9). Brevet tillsammans med ett nformationspaket bestående av filmen ”Ge-freden–en–chans”, ett forskningsdokument presenterande staten Israels lagliga grunder samt vädjanden från Tyskland, Finland och Italien kommer att överlåtas personligen till FNs generalsekreterare Ban-Ki-Moon de närmaste dagarna.

Under de senaste veckorna har filmen som på endast 15 min presenterar Israels lagliga grunder översatts till 10 språk och setts av över 38.000 personer på nätet, liksom av stora auditorier världen runt. I New York hade teamet tillfälle att ge intervjuer och visa filmen för media i Ukraina, Brasilien och Japan, liksom för internationella media som Newsweek.

Fastän det vore övermodigt av oss att ta åt oss äran för kvartettens uppmaningar till återupptagna fredssamtal, har vi arbetat hårt i över ett år med att ta fram fakta. Vi är tacksamma för att förnuftet segrat åtminstone för tillfället. Genom att processen ges mera tid får vi fler tillfällen att visa vårt material till flera FN-medlemsstater världen runt. Fastän pressen på Israel temporärt kan ha lättat, kommer Israels regering fortsättningsvis att stå inför stora utmaningar under de kommande månaderna och trycket på eftergifter kommer att fortsätta. Samtidigt kommer det palestinska ledarskapet att pressa på Säkerhetsrådet för att få dess erkännande.

Under en konferens som ordnats av Hudson-institutet kunde ECI tala med nobelpristagaren Elie Wiesel om den nuvarande inställningen till Israel inom EU. Tillfrågad om han var besviken över det svaga stödet för Israel svarade han: ”Jag hade aldrig några förväntningar, men Europa borde lära sej av historien.”

Fastän begynnelseskedet av kampanjen nu fullgjorts, kommer ECI under de kommande månaderna att fortsätta med sin aktivitet att presentera Israels lagliga ställning för att nå FNs medlemsländer med de historiska och juridiska fakta kring skapandet av den judiska staten och dess legitimitet enligt internationell lag.

PINK, Prayer Initiative for North Korea, near the DMZ, Sept. 18-22.

A couple hundred Korean church leaders plus 50-60 international prayer people will gather near the DMZ (border with North Korea) for these days of special intercession for the liberation of the North, where probably the worst evil oppression is being continually penetrated against its people, and especially against Christians who often have to pay with their lives for their faith.

Please pray with us for real humility, repentance and reconciliation among participants that brings unity in the Spirit, enabling us to get in sync with Goad and pray the prayers that He inspires. Pray with us for a true breakthrough, both spiritually and politically, that there will soon be regime change that will make the long-suffering people of North Korea free at last.

In Old Testament Israel, the high priest would venture into the Holy of Holies to confess the sing of his people and carry out the vital business of intercession with God on their behalf. In the New Testament, this privilege of priesthood has been extended to all believers through the New Covenant that our high priest, Jesus, has enacted through the offering of His own blood. The apostle Peter proclaims that we who were washed with His blood have now become a "royal priesthood".

We as New Testament followers of Christ have also been given the prophetic mantle that was once reserved for isolated prophets of old like Isaiah and Jeremiah so that the Apostle Paul wrote the Corinthians that "you can all prophesy". In addition, one day we will actually rule and reign with the Lord as His royal heirs. In the meantime, through prayer, we can utilize the awesome authority He gives us to affect the nations, indeed our whole globe, in order to advance His purposes until that day when His glory will cover the earth like the waters cover the sea."

The Lord would say, “I am lifting up people. I am lifting up a fresh wind of leaders: leaders who will cling to Me; leaders who will declare unto Me; leaders who will follow Me; leaders who will embellish My Spirit; leaders who will come forth singing and declaring My glory. You are able to see the hour of Joshua to come forth. It will have nothing to do with age nor gender. It will be those who carry a bold and courage things in the Spirit. I am putting in your hands tonight a new spear: the spear of truth, the spear of enlightenment. I am going to bring you into a practicality of the power of the knowledge of My word. Then you are to apply what I have downloaded into your spirit. There is warfare to and fro, in and without. I would say it is the hour of settling My leaders to where they will recognize and hear My voice. I want them to learn to draw from My strength in stillness.

“I have joined them at that banquet table. That banquet table has been prepared in the presence of the enemies: yours and Mine. But it is a position of nourishment that I have provided. On this banquet table is My Word. It is the manna of My Word. I would invite you to devour the manna of My Word. When the enemy comes, you will simply serve the manna and he will be appalled at the manna. It will be Heaven sent and it will carry with it the scent of Heaven; the scent and the fragrance of the Rose of Sharon.

“I know many of you have been in the wilderness. I know many of you have been in the valley and it has not even been of your choice of your decisions, but it has been a forced position. Where the enemy has placed you in situations, people, and positions to bring you into a lower place, not to the high places to feast, but to the low places to where you will examine your wounds and pick at your sores and recall the hurt and reopen the wounds. I heal and I re-heal and I re-heal and I re-heal. Now I want to change that for I want to consume your woundedness in My blood. In the process of consuming your woundedness, I will train you and teach you how to do warfare that is effective: much more effective. It will not be voices filled with hot air and puffed up. Instead it will be voices of authority, voices that will declare; voices who will have heard and have had manna with My Spirit, and My Father and Myself. When mine come, they will come forth Heaven sent. You will become those just as I was, sent by the Father for you are entering into a season of overseeing the vineyards. The vineyards to where I am coming to plant fresh seed. Fresh seeds that has been watered by the dew; the dew that has come from the anointing of My Spirit.

“Be prepared to reap where you have not planted. Be prepared to be sent where you know not of. Be prepared to stand still when you are on your hind feet prancing around ready to run. Be prepared to hear the whispers and the sigh of My Spirit. Pray to know Me: know My heart, know My Spirit, and know My plans. In this I promise you, by Myself, for there is no greater. You will come to know freedom, freedom, freedom for I am raising up overseers and facilitators; but most of all, freedom fighters who will fight for My Kingdom, but stay free in My presence,” says the Lord your God. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
