Regardless of confusion and chaos take the time to establish yourself in peace.  I'm not talking about worldly peace; I am talking about the peace that only comes through Me, says the Lord.  It is a  peace that is beyond thought or understanding and only comes by the Spirit.  Be still.   
Philippians 4:7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
