Var med i bön för detta!

The hand of the Lord was on me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones.  He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry.

He asked me, “Son of man, can these bones ( eg in Auschwitz ) live?” I said, “Sovereign Lord, you alone know.” Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life !" Ezekiel 37 v 1-5

Please pray for this important meeting. A team of six Christians from Berlin together with Polish Christians will also be taking part. Pray for the protection of everyone and for the leading and presence of the Holy Spirit.

May God really " provide for those who grieve in Zion - bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair".

On Sunday October 6th, Christians in over 175 nations, including those in the "underground churches" of China and seven Muslim countries, prayed for God's peace and blessings upon Jerusalem and all of her people as part of the Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem (DPPJ). It is truly difficult to grasp the width and the breadth of this global, grassroots prayer movement until you begin to read the multitude of reports that have come in from churches - both large and small - from all corners of the earth.

  

Here are just a few of them.. 

             

Yoido Full Gospel Church in Seoul, South Korea is one of the largest churches in the world. On a typical Sunday, 200,000 believers will attend one of seven services, while another two or three hundred thousand will watch the service on TV in adjoining buildings or satellite branches.

          

On October 6th, 500,000 attended the DPPJ service led by Dr. Young Hoon Lee, the senior pastor who succeeded Dr. Yonggi Cho. They felt especially honored that the Israeli Ambassador to South Korea, Uri Gutman, attended the service and afterwards met personally with Dr. Lee and church leaders which included the DPPJ Coordinator for South Korea, Elder Lee.

Believers in Pakistan praying for the peace of Jerusalem      

  

In contrast, there are countless numbers of smaller DPPJ gatherings that took place, from grass huts to house churches as well as regional gatherings in larger town halls.Believers in Pakistan prayingfor the peace of Jerusalem.  In Pakistan, our DPPJ Coordinator reported that over 300 believers gathered to pray for the peace of Jerusalem and her people, in spite of the fact that Christians in that country are routinely persecuted for their faith.

In Goa, India, the 3 hour DPPJ service at a town hall included pastors from 15 different churches, as well as elders and members from over 20 churches. Our DPPJ Coordinator from Goa ended his report saying:

 "We in Goa, India are really excited to be a part of this global prayer movement, because this is not only going to bless Jerusalem, Israel, and the Jewish people, but it is also going to be a great blessing to our nation India, our families, and our society."

In Europe, we had news of great DPPJ growth in the Czech Republic. This year there was approximately a 10% increase in the number of people participating. There were 10 different denominational churches participating, which is more than a 100% increase above the previous year; and there were 12 different places and towns hosting DPPJ events, which is a 50% increase above the previous year. Many prayers were connected with the departure of Czech President Milos Zeman for Israel on the very day they were praying. Only a few days before, he made a clear and courageous statement supporting the transfer of the Czech Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, which was followed by strong negative reaction from a chief PLO negotiator.

On yet another continent, a city-wide prayer meeting for DPPJ was held in Adelaide, South Australia, in coordination with the Australian House of Prayer for all Nations. People from many churches attended to worship and declare many Scriptures together to bless Jerusalem and her people. 

Prayer against terrorism in Jerusalem: Nakuru Kenya          

The prayer against terrorism towards Israel and her people had special meaning for those at the DPPJ gathering in Nakuru Kenya, after the recent terror attack in the Kenyan Westgate mall, which was an Israeli establishment. Prayer participants made proclamations of peace and security over the land of Israel and over all her people in different parts of the world.

Our DPPJ Coordinator in Costa Rica reported that they had a glorious Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem event at Comunidad Cristiana Tierra in Guanacaste, while other DPPJ gatherings at other churches in the region were happening. This gathering was led by the main pastor for Tierra Deseable from Mundo de Fe and also president of the Pastors Association for Liberia (shown blowing the shofar), and by the DPPJ Coordinator of Costa Rica.

Ten Proven Practices for Community and Nation--Transforming Prayer

"He has shown his people the power of his works, giving them the lands of other nations." (Ps. 111:6)

"Ask of me and I will give you the nations as your inheritance and the uttermost parts of the earth as your possession." (Psalm 2:8)

"Burundi shall be saved!" Those were the Spirit's words spoken in the sweetest, most assuring voice I heard, accompanied by what seemed like the soft beating of a dove's wings next to my right ear. I was seated on the platform listening to Burundi's ambassador for peace and reconciliation give a final word at the end of a three-day prayer initiative our team had facilitated in the strife-torn nation in the year 2000. About 200 Christian leaders from the Hutu, Tutsi and Twa tribes had spent many hours humbling themselves, crying out to God with deep emotion and broken hearts for their war-shattered land in which tens of thousands were being killed through intertribal warfare much like neighboring Rwanda. They had taken part in times of moving reconciliation between their ethnic groups and denominations. It seemed like the Great Physician Himself was in the room doing His own kind of heart surgery on all who were present.

In the months following, we witnessed what that sweet, heavenly voice said actually come to pass as a government of national unity was formed and Hutu leaders in exile flew back into the country. Eventually, the current president, who had come to Christ in the jungle as a rebel leader, came into office. He has continued to work for unity and the development of the nation, wholeheartedly serving the Lord as a man of prayer and worship in all he does.

In this case, and in the rest of the over 50 national prayer initiatives my colleagues and I have had the privilege of facilitating, we have observed and used a number of key practices we have that may be of encouragement to those of us wanting to see God's transformation of our own or other nations we are concerned about. Here are some of the most important ones:

1.     Gather the spiritual leaders and intercessors (be inclusive of all denominations) together for a sustained time for no agenda except the Lord and one another. 2-3 days in a retreat setting is ideal if possible, otherwise a few hours or a process enabling participants to go deep enough.

2.  Come in a spirit of humility, confessing our personal and corporate sin, seeking to get on the Lord's wavelength (Isaiah 55:7-8).

3.   As needed and usually it is, facilitate an unhurried time for reconciliation of denominations and ethnic groups that are present so representatives can ask for and receive forgiveness on behalf of their groups.

4. Locals who are knowledgeable about political, social, economic or church needs share issues for prayer, including anything uncovered about the way the powers of darkness are influencing the society.

5.  Bring these issues and situations to God, listening to and waiting on Him for His strategy to deal with them - both through prayer and actions proceeding from it. Pray with unity and faith, dealing with evil spiritual powers in His authority which He shares with us (Matthew 18:18-20, Luke 10:19, and Ephesians 6:10-18)

6.   Listen to the Lord corporately, being open for prophetic input like words from Scripture, impressions, dreams and visions He may give to participants.

7.     Allow the Holy Spirit to lead the process and don't preprogram it. "Let God be God" in the midst of His people!

8.  Include children and youth as equal ministry partners. Let them pray and give prophetic words. Often God will speak through a child more clearly and powerfully than through an adult!

9.   Where appropriate invite government leaders and officials to take part to be prayed for or to share prayer concerns but not to give political speeches.

10.  Pray with authority and unity as those who sit beside the one who has all power, Jesus Christ, joined to Him through the Spirit who lives within us. Expect that history will be changed and it will! (Matthew 18:18-20). "History belongs to the intercessors, who believe the future into being!" (Walter Wink)

May the Lord use you to do exploits for Him wherever you are to witness the "power of his works" and along with Messiah receive the nations as your inheritance and the uttermost parts of the earth as your possession!

An international wave of worship celebrating Jesus the Messiah will make it's way around the globe on December 12th! Twenty-four hours of worship will begin as the clock strikes 7 PM at the International Date Line. 

Global Day of Worship (GDW) is an annual call inviting everyone to lift up the name of Jesus Christ in unity. Last year, on November 11th, more than 200,000 people watched dozens of countries stream their expression on globaldayofworship.com. During those 24 hours, web visitors worshiped with people including a Polish house church, a large Virginian church and Indian children dancing. 

"For more than a year the Lord has been laying it on my heart to have Jerusalem as the epicenter for the Global Day of Worship on 12.12.12," shared Eunice Barruel, founder of GDW. "With oppositions surrounding this land, it is also a place of miracles, deliverance and salvation."

Eunice continued, "You and I have been given an invitation to worship Jesus the Messiah. He is looking for worshipers willing to build a throne of praise, despite current circumstances. Förberedelser

Bön är nyckeln för att förlösa Guds vilja på jorden, genom bön kan våra ögon öppnas och Sanningens Ande kan befria oss. Det sker när vi ödmjukar oss och söker Gud och överlåter oss till Herrens vilja..

 Den Helige Ande banar väg för uppenbarelsen om Jesus Kristus som Frälsare, Försonare, Befriare och som Den som renar, upprättar och ger nytt liv. När vi först ber om förlåtelse för egna synder och förlåter dem som skadat oss och överlämnar hämnden och domen till Gud, öppnas vägen för försoningen.

 Herren har gett oss makt att lösa och binda, vi kan binda någon i hans synd genom oförsonlighet, genom att ”hävda” vår ”rätt” att vara arga, kränkta t.ex. Vi kan också lösa någon för att ta emot försoningen från Gud genom att ge upp vår ”rätt” att ge igen.

Guds Rike

Bön påverkar och förändrar orter, städer och länder. Guds Rike är en realitet som beskrivs som en surdeg som till slut skall genomsyra allt. Syndens konsekvenser måste rensas bort, både i oss och i det omgivande samhället. Vår gamla människa kan inte ärva Guds Rike. 

Köttet är fiende till Anden och Anden till köttet. Gal. 5:17a

Det ”köttet” ger, frukten av kunskapens träd på gott och ont – även det som ser gott ut i våra ögon – är besmittat av syndafallets konsekvenser.

När Nehemja fick nöd över att Jerusalems murar var nedbrutna ”såg” han att människors synd orsakade krig och splittring och han bad Gud om förlåtelse för egna, andras men också för sina förfäders synder.

Ack Herre, Himmelens Gud, Du store och vördnadsvärde Gud, Du som står fast vid förbundet och bevarar nåd mot dem som älskar Dig och håller Dina bud. Låt Ditt öra ge akt på detta och låt Dina ögon vara öppna, och hör Din tjänares bön, den som jag nu ber inför Dig både dag och natt, för Israels barn, Dina tjänare, genom att jag bekänner Israels barns synder, dem som vi begått mot Dig. Ty också jag och min faders hus har syndat. Vi har svårt förbrutit oss mot Dig. Vi har inte hållit de bud och stadgar och lagar som Du gav Din tjänare  Neh. 1: 5-7
