"The end-time restoration of the church is a sovereign work of the Spirit. Be warned, there is no method, model, man, or movement that can produce it. No apostolic or city-reaching strategy will be able to lay claim to what only God can do. Jesus' prayer of John 17 for unity is totally impossible. That is why Jesus prayed it! He knew that man could not do it. And therefore it will only be answered through an extraordinary outpouring of the Spirit, for it is "'Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit,' says the Lord Almighty" (Zechariah 4:6)"
